I requested a set of clean towels one day and ones of them was not very clean. We ended up leaving it on the floor of the restroom.

I loved this hotel. My family and I loved the food, the staff (with exception of some Housekeeping ladies that were not the friendliest). In the main, everything was great. We loved how clean the hotel was. We loved Esmeralda from food and beverage, she was very welcoming, dedicated, professional and friendly at ALL times!! We’d love to go back!

It was perfect!!!!!

The staff were all very personable and helpful. They gave us a free pass to get two lounge chairs across the street at Reflections beach, which was excellent. In the evening we had a great dinner right on the beach at The Barefoot Restaurant that was excellent. I will highly recommend this Talk of The Town location to my friends!!!

The hot tub, I got injured the bottom was an illusion, by the time I realized it was not actually the bottom I had already injured my foot. Be careful

It’s a very expensive hotel for the lack of quality service provision. The rooms are old and unclean, with furniture that should have been replaced a long time ago. Noisy.

It came out 700 dolars when I booked was supposed to be 550 with taxes. My colleague paid 378 for the same room, so I feel ripped off.

I wanted a late check-out, and there would have been a charge for it, which I thought was annoying. It was a bit loud on the main road with traffic and bars across the street, so try to get a room at the back of property.

The pool was nice, no "hot tub" there though. And the room was fine, but felt basic. Parking was easy and proximity to the airport was great. Plenty of shopping near by and food and drink options.

Didn't like how there was no tooth paste or mouth wash so I had to go to the store.I like that the manager did allow his wife to take me to the store ,I gave her a tip.lol

i like that is was fairly clean.I think the breakfast and location was fair for the price.I like there are some bars and places to eat across the street.There is a whole strip down the road.May take a walk, run or short cab to get to but it's within distance. I'm satisfied and would come back.

As a refrigeration technician I know how uncomfortable temperature can be for a human when not adjusted correctly. In this case this was for me. Temperature has it's own efect on any people's body differently. The fact that I did not had contrlol over the situation was a bit dissapointing but at the other hand the crew did understood my complain and adjusted the AC accordingly making me and my son's stay on the premises one of the best. Thank you TOTT

extremely noisy at night. the music from across the street can be heard all hours of the night. breakfast is not included and there’s no food available throughout the day on the property. not close to public transportation.

Many things are broken in the room. Personel is not professional. Understaffed, so you have to wait al the time. Breakfast is just sugar, carbs and fat. For a business hotel start op breakfast at 08:00 is too late. If you dont even care what the sign outside the entrance of your hotel looks like, you definitely dont care about the inside. Two incidents: 1. eggs during breakfast: me: "you are out of eggs" personell: "to bad." 2. we were gone for about 5 hours. Our rome was cleaned but the door was completely open. Called the maneger. respons: "If something is missing, we will check sucurity camera;s" No apology. No compensation. The stay was a big disappointment, Probably will never come here again. Sorry about that.

Beds were good. Pool a bit small but pretty. Airco was fine.

breakfast was good. staff was nice but unhelpful, we were told we would have our smaller than normal room for a night and that we would be moved to a better room, we asked about that at the desk and were told that no reservations person was on site and they could make no changes. exit door to the pool area did not open with our cards so we had to walk really far just to get out and in. we told the staff, they said they would fix it the day after, never got fixed. jacuzzi did not work, we told the staff, they went to “check” but never came back to let us know if it was fixed, had to get out again all the way to reception to ask and they said it wasn’t working.
