As a improvement i believe that would be nice if the property offer (Cabana´s one) had: breakfast in local, a better room ilumination, fix the Village open door to avoid noise and disturb who is sleeping.

The manager Nita´s is a oustanding person, always with arms wided open to help. The swimming pool and the cat is awsome.

The property in general needs a some updating for example the entrance to our apartment was through the bedroom rather than the living room. Also the jacuzzi needs fixing for guests to relax in but the pool was ok. The property should provide breakfast for guests who want it, this would add additional attraction when booking this property.

Nita the office manager was exceptional and very accommodating. She went over and beyond being helpful and welcoming. The apartment was clean but needs a little updating. Overall the property is in a good location with the beach area in walking distance and bus stop. There is a big supermarket a short walk from the property for those who are self catering.

The whole place needs a total refurb, dated and tatty!

We stayed for 17 nights, the location was great, quiet area behind all the high rise hotels. Easy to walk in to Palm Beach in the evenings for restaurants/bars/shopping.

There really was t anything that stood out to me.

I loved the aesthetic and the garden feel which gave the home a tropical atmosphere. I loved that it felt residential and not touristic. The pool was a great luxury.

It is an apartment more than a hotel. It has all that you need for a comfortable stay in Aruba. The hotel is located on walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and a bus station. Nita was a great host, you can learn a lot about the culture of the island with her and she´s super attentive!

The bathroom shower never really got hot but it wasn’t a full on problem as it was always so hot outside and the cool shower felt ok. I would definitely recommend a soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom. There were mosquitos in the cabin but Nita gave me an incense stick, so maybe add a mosquito deterrent to each room.

Upon arrival Nita (the manager greeted me with SO MUCH love and caring! she took me on a tour of the property and gave me a quick run down of the area. she even introduced me to a Brazilian family who was staying in property who I later hung out with. I didn’t expect to be in a cabin however it was Quaint and cozy! the bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. The outside grounds was so beautiful but could definitely use a little love and up keep otherwise a beautiful oasis! would’ve been a great place to congregate with neighbors however not too much activity in the outside area during my stay. Overall I loved my stay at Sunflower villas, the location was great (with a little path through the marsh) to get right to the beach and bus stop!

Check-in and check-out procedures could be improved on. When I arrived at the property there was no record of my reservation - luckily they had lots of rooms available, so it wasn’t an issue. When leaving, I vacated my room before 11, waited half an hour to check-out, but the office was closed, so I left a Whatsapp message with instructions as to where the key could be found, but got no reply.

It’s a very nice place to stay; pleasant, peaceful, conveniently located near the beach, and the property itself has lots of potential.

Well there was some nights that was chilly and I would’ve liked to enjoyed the hot Jacuzzi and it wasn’t working and some of the pots in the room were old and broken but Besides that everything else was great

I really like the decoration of the apartment. It's renovated and clean. The pool is big and all the apartments have a terrace.

Sunflower Villa is conveniently located, 4-5 blocks away from the bus stop, quiet neighborhood. This Villa still needs some minor restoration in few rooms, but I know from the manager that restoration work is starting soon. Nita, the new cleaning lady was wonderful with us. I believe she started 2 days after we arrived. Our whole experience totally changed after her arrival in such a positive way. Nita is so customer-oriented that she will always check on how you're feeling or offering good recommendations to make the most of your stay. Thank you Nita for all your tips! You are such a lovely lady, everyone is going to love you! I highly recommend renting a car since Arubus doesn't have a fix scheduled, and also much more convenient if you want to explore the island from north to south (San Nicolas, Baby Beach). Taxis are pretty expensive too. I would definitely stay here again! M.

The old furniture in the room. Musty/mouldy smelling. Had only two cooking utensils one fry pan and à pot. Could not use hot stove and microwave at the same time fuse would blow. The outside plaster is falling away. The pool even though cleaned never removed the mold spots on inside of pool sides. Bedding well used, old and stained. Towels as bath mats that were cut in half. Not hand towels or face clothes. Outside areas need some major up keep. Some things of safety were looked after while we were there, for example the broken swing was taken apart and removed, some loose boards removed.

The location is excellent. The manager/cleanibg personal was wonderful. She worked hard at providing a happy place to stay. She was very friendly and helpful.
