Hosts Luis and Mildred were wonderful and very helpful! Enjoyed meeting them and their family. Nice rooms and lots of space on the property to hang out, including a patio and pool out back. Enjoyed meeting many of the other guests staying here, property makes for a homey atmosphere, and includes kitchen amenities.

The hosts, Luis and Mildred were lovely. Nice accommodations upstairs and down There's a big patio and pool out in the backyard. My luggage was delayed and the hosts and other guests were helpful in getting me a few comforts😁 I stayed in a private room for 2 nights and the upstairs dorm my last night. Upstairs, there is lots of space outside the dorm rooms to hang out-- kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. Lovely mural on the face this warm place.

I felt like the location was close to everything, you could walk ,I got a dorm, I was lucky enough to be there by myself the whole trip, staff are very friendly and sweet and they keep the place clean.

no hot water in the shower (it’s just one tap with whatever the tap water temp is), staff/reception wasn’t very responsive on the platform or WhatsApp (arrived in the evening so staff had already gone home and had to wait for them to come back), and the location for the studio room was quite weird as it is across the street from the main property and opens right into the street, so a little noisy. also no on-site parking as advertised, it’s street parking/park in the pay lot down the street.

room was clean and comfortable. tons of space and the price was very reasonable considering what you get. great location within walking distance to he main part of Oranjestad. staff was friendly

Mildred was a great host, and she made me feel at home. Pista is located in the center, close to restaurants and there is a nightclub pretty much next door.

Found a cockroach in my room on my last day but I read that this is common in the Caribbean. Considering how clean the entire hostel was, I don't consider this a matter of cleanliness.

Location was great, right next door to a popular restaurant, so anytime I needed to give my address to a taxi, I could just tell them to drive me to El Gaucho. I was staying here alone and had a bedroom to myself and my own bathroom. The hostel cat was super affectionate and the area was mostly quiet. Saturday night was the exception because there's nightclub kind of close by and ppl were clearly out and about almost all night, but that kind of thing doesnt bother me so it was a non-issue.

Everything was great

The staff waited for me to check in late and I appreciated that so much! The other guests were awesome and so friendly and welcoming! It’s also very close to the ocean, maybe 10 min walk!

the beds in the hostel weren’t the most comfy, but it didn’t prevent me from sleeping soundly! there’s a night club down the street and it gets a little loud on Saturday night.

staff was amazing, it was close to beaches and the bus terminal as well as shops and supermarkets. the kitchen is ready with a full size fridge and all the pots, pans, and dishes you could ever need.

Nothing much! I would just suggest Suha put up her WhatsApp number in the lobby so we can contact her through Wi-Fi.

It was a great experience, very comfortable! I would come back here first, if anything. it was hard to find Suha at first, but she was able to communicate even with our slight language barrier. She was very accommodating and kind!

Nothing material. We stayed in a unit not in the main building. The front door of our ground floor unit opened up right to the sidewalk & street. We liked it but some people might find it a little bit noisy, we didn't but just pointing it out.

Great location in Oranjestad. 10 steps away from El Gaucho steak restaurant, 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Very tall (14'?) ceilings. Great value. Super friendly host.

the location it’s a little bit far for some of the coolest places on the island, but it’s not a big deal.

first at all our host was awesome, she was so kind and had this nice vibe that makes everything nice and delightful. The property was very comfortable and everything was clean and will the basic need for travelers.

There are actually two Pista Q locations, very close to each other. The green building in all the photos is next to the El Gaucho restaurant, and then kind of diagonal across the street is a yellow building with a balcony that has the other rooms in it. I can't speak for the green building because I was in the yellow building. It would've been helpful to know that there were two locations because I showed up at the green building that said Pista Q on it and there was no one at the reception to check in because they were at the other location. However, everyone is so friendly, and a couple ladies on the street helped me find where to go, and it all was fine!

Location was great, easy walk towards the marina and where everything is. Room was big, spacious, and clean; showers were fine, and the A/C was perfect. There were no windows which isn't a big deal but sometimes you might feel a bit claustrophobic. I was a solo traveler and it was perfect for my needs. I was able to take work calls on the wifi too (sometimes it was a little weak, but then I just turned off my video and it was fine).
