The food. Omg!! Do not get bar food. Chicken old, everything was old . Calamari old worst experience the food sucks . Bingo was a nice place to eat not too far walking distance. No free coffee in the rooms. I feel like Aruba has something against coffee lol. Small coffee for 4 bucks and they don’t even fill it all the way. Don’t waste your time with the food

I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return

Great location 👌 Every day, they clean your room. Nice hospitality. 4 minutes from the beach ⛱️ 3 minutes from Palm Beach. Great pools and jacuzzi. Everything was perfect. When we arrived, there was a misunderstanding in which room we had reserved. But the employee immediately solved the issue. We had a studio pool view. She was the best 👌 (Jasmine)

I prefer to be closer to the beach. I also thought they should get new pool chairs since many were missing part of the seat which wasn’t comfortable. They could also get new chairs for the balcony.

I liked having the condo with 2 bathrooms a kitchen and balcony. the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

The bed was a bit firm (personal preference-soft) but the pillows were amazingly soft and comfortable.

The pool and vacation vibes were very very nice. The DJ and pool bar were fantastic.

The room was old fashion and the gym was too basic, maybe because of the lack of space, but it would have been perfect some dumbbells and bands to complement the few machines.

It was a wonderful stay! The room was nice and quiet, but old fashion, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen full equipped was amazing for us! the pool zone is beautiful, with a lot of beach chairs to enjoy your stay!

The curtains!!!! they are old!! the colors in the curtains are so dated!! Who ever owns this resort they should definitely spend the money on getting new curtains.

We actually stayed at this resort for 8 days and the staff from the Resort and the restaurant Ceviche was great!! I highly recommend the delicious seafood soup 🍲 😋. The restaurant is located on the premises, the swim up bar is fabulous they offer delicious drinks 🍸2 for 1 happy hour specials. You will definitely need a vehicle while staying at this resort. They do offer free shuttle service to the beach ⛱ 😎. My absolute favorite thing about the resort are the 2 beautiful parrots 🦜 that are on the premises 🥰. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom bedroom for 7days then we moved into the studio for 1 night..Because the airline had canceled our flight and we had to stay for 1 more night.

The WiFi in the room could have been better but they have better Wifi in the pool area. We brought one person who had to work online during the vacation and she had to go down to the pool to use the Wifi. I was able to get my emails and post on Facebook in the room. We were able to take that person with us a couple days and she used the WiFi at some of the beach bars so she didn't have to stay at resort the whole week.

They have two nice pools and the water was at a good temperature. They have a restaurant on-site but we didn't use it. They have two cute parrots I talked to each day. We were able to do Covid testing on-site which was nice for our return flight. They are close to several restaurants and could drive to the tourist zone area near Pasea Herencia shopping center. Would recommend Linda's Dutch Pancakes which wasn't too far from here. They have a pool bar. If staying on-site during the day, they have a few activities. We had a rental car so we drove around the island to a different beach everyday. We were able to get free chair at Moomba Beach because of our staying at Caribbean Palm, and it was a really nice beach, maybe one of my favorite and it wasn't even on my radar. The room was nice, we had a balcony over looking the pool area, had a 2 bedroom unit. Beds were comfortable.
