We were put in one of the old unrenovated rooms and the condition of it was deplorable. There was barely any light in the room, tv never worked, sink stopped up, shower overflowed. The only thing the hotel had going for it was the location.

The hotel was in horrible condition. I understand that it was under construction but it was extremely uncomfortable to stay there, the carpets were old, there was a smell, the reception area was beat up, the bathroom was old. I took a shower with shoes on.

alot of resturants in walking distance, pool bar was fantastic, Andrea the bartender was super special. my cousin and I were the on ly ones in the pool. we wen t to the pool every dad-the beach once. all the staff were totally helpful. they really watched over us like we were family. as long as it stays adult only with the pool bar no daubt we will be back

Old, weathered and worn. Pool was gross. Thank god Wyndham took over this property. It’s in a great location. Hoping they work their magic on this place.

The pool area was a HUGE disappointment! That was one of our experiences that we looked forward to and it was an awful site...we did not swim in that pool!

When discouraged to see that state of the premises under construction, I believe our room was uprated to something more acceptable. Unfortunately, the room was so newly remodled, that the caulking had not been administered to the shower, so water all over the floor! Clean, modern attempts, but not what we were expecting. We would have been happier at our Airbnb. We considered going back, but chose to "tough it out".

They didn’t make you aware it is under construction until after you book it and can’t cancel because you will lose your money. They property is 100% nothing like the photos on the listing. Our room was grimy, stains on the bedding and floors. Shower bearly worked. And there was no power for a bit. I would run the other way from this hotel.

Had no idea about their current renovation. Couldn’t sleep after 8AM because of construction workers drilling in our wall, extremely annoying. We needed to have the curtains down so the workers wouldn’t see right in to our room. This made the experience very bad.

Great location, close to the beach and all of the restaurants. The staff was friendly and always available.

The breakfast was a buffet setting and it was yummy! The staff that runs breakfast and the front desk were the most amazing and friendliest women I have ever met. They were so welcoming and incredible and made me feel very welcomed.

very run down. no fresh air in the rooms. was too hot without the loud air conditioner. floors were wet and had to keep emptying dehumidifier. felt yucky my shower leaked so the bathroom floor got soaked. toilet didn’t always flush properly. Needs Windows that OPEN Aruba has beautiful fresh air and breezes. you can’t enjoy it at this hotel.

The place was very very tired. The walls, carpets and upholstered furniture were grubby and dirty. The photos on Booking.com misrepresented the place completely. The bed and pillows were poor. The included breakfast was not good. The front desk staff were not helpful. The fitness room was a joke, filthy and ill equiped . Half of the equipment didn't work at all and the other half barely worked. This hotel is very poor value for the money. Stay away!!!

Front office staff. Night receptionist didn't have access or authority to check in a bookings.com reservation. Had to call the manager who was not on property. Then the price changed. Room smelled like smoke, was in disrepair. Choose another hotel!

How staff treated me, phone not working in the room, bad wifi, maintenance in the hotel while guests are working and sleeping, poor AC, room not clean, after telling me to get back to me and helping me with the problems my room had they would get back to me and place me in another room, never contacted me ever again. Complained about it at the reception and manager. They told me 3 times they would get back to me and figure out a solution, they never did so I had to go back there myself 3 times. I have never written a bad experience because it was never necessary, however this time they crossed a line, blatantly rude.
