It's hard to think of something we didn't like about the hotel. As an FYI, the little food place at the hotel closes at 2:30pm so keep that in mind if you want to grab something to eat between lunch and dinner.

This is quiet and private boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We're a family with 2 little ones and the extra space, kitchen, terrace, and outdoor area were great for our needs. From the carefully-thought design to the food options to the private beach - The Boardwalk Hotel was the best place we could have asked for and I highly recommend it to couples and families as one. In addition, the staff was super nice, assisting with grocery shopping that got there before our arrival, providing beach toys for the kids, and offering recommendations for restaurants and activities. Location is a 3-minute walk from the Ritz which allows you to use their beach facilities (+15% on food & drinks). Some other nice restaurants and beaches are ~15 minutes away by foot and many others are 5-15 minutes by car.

omg I loved it here! it looks even better than on the pictures. Casitas are very clean and big! loved every detail about it. Breakfast was yummy - especially the Acai bowl! Staff is super friendly :) our stay was short but if we ever come back to Aruba we will def stay here

Lack of places to eat, being a smaller hotel there is only one place to eat with a limited menu and it closes at 2:30-3:00

The boardwalk hotel is a great place to stay. Everyone was attentive and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. You will not go wrong by choosing them. The location is great and the beach is beautiful.

In a tropical garden there will be... mosquitoes - some days better, some days worse; upstairs casitas are probably better than ground-level ones if you want to spend time on your little patio/ balcony. Wi-Fi worked excellently inside, but patchy on the balcony.

It is a lovely hotel, with a "tropical garden" feel, located a very short walk from the beach. Great swimming pools and very good breakfast and lunch options with Eduardo's. I really liked the individual "casita" concept, especially in Covid times. Staff were very helpful with all questions and requests.

The bed in the room was too firm. No give at all, too dense.

The entire layout of the Casita, plus the walk in full shower is perfect. Color and location make it feel like a home away from home.

One should watch by final bill what has been charged by eduardos food, we were charged for alcohol drinks, even we never drink any alcohol.

Casitas placed in the garden, rooms are amazing, clean, spacy, well equiped with all one needs including bodylotion, kitchenware and bottle of cold water in the fridge. Beds comforable. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Beach is 5 min walking distance. If we return to Aruba, we will for sure book again.

The little Casitas R private &a wonderful place 4a coffee and a cigar in the evenings. Noone could possibly be bothered b/c the distance is ample and the sea breeze always brisk. All neighbors were lovely 4weeks but then someone choose to be offended &complained. Every evening this same guest went on her veranda to enjoy using her phone to fight w/ a BF. She was loud and swearing across the grounds disturbing the peaceful evenings for a week. This was ok but a cigar was not smh lol....im glad she didnt complain about the aroma's of the coffee.
