Beach chair reservation system is awful. Check-in told me i had to pay for chairs. Did not mention you can get them for free at 4 PM prior day or 7 AM same day.

I wish the hotel was a little closer to the downtown area of Aruba, there was a lot of walking back and forth.

Breakfast was not included but the Starbucks in the lobby had tons of options and the line for it moved decently quick. Every staff member was friendly and always had a smile on.

Would have liked food service pool side. Went to Mercat but service was very slow.

It was beautiful, the beach was very accessible and the huts gave us enough shade. Four and at times 5 had shade but we were able to have one or two lounges very close. The 10 of us needed two huts because 6 needed shade. The pool areas were just what we wanted but Christmas week was very crowded so we needed to get lounges early. If you are willing to pay for a hut you can Reserve them 3 days in advance. Free can only be obtained the day prior at 4 pm or at 7 am the same day either online or at the hut shed. Our lunches weren’t fantastic but all 10 of us felt that the selection was good. Request a higher floor if you want an outstanding ocean view. Rooms basically the same and very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not much, we had problems with our toilet and even though maintenance had a quick turnaround time when we called it was still not good to have that issue. We had to keep calling.

Pool was great, loved the swim up bar, music during the day and evening at the lobby bar and casino. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help or give advice on restaurants and activities.

Main pool was closed for half the trip, needed to reserve the palapa every day which meant you had to be down there every morning by 10. Wish they had more restaurants choices

Rooms are a little tired. Our first room smelled terribly of mold, we were switched to a different room after complaining to the staff. Rugs in rooms need to be changed. Furniture is starting to look old.

Breakfast buffet had a decent selection, however, some foods that should have been hot were cold. Some of the French toast pieces were hard. I don’t think it was a good value for the money. We ordered ala carte one day, and went off property for breakfast.

We didn’t travel with children, however I do believe it can be a bit more for children to do, I watched them being bored, after pool activities.

The daily activities that were advertised did not always happen or were very behind on schedule. For example, popcorn wasn't provided 3 of the days, or we didn't see the activity running - beach volleyball, Giant Jenga. The Aloe Scrub activity we signed up for they cancelled because we were told they didn't have anyone signed up - our names were not recorded for some reason. The equipment we could sign out, was often hard to get, pool table and ping pong not available.

The room had trash view of roof. Food service people were not attentive. Had to repeat selectoons numerous times in the same conversation

Closet too small. Only 1 sink in bathroom. Awkward shower setup. Next time don't put us in wheelchair access room

20% mandatory spa gratuity that doesn’t fully go to the staff. Only spa perk outside of services was the sauna. Pricey services to not have additional spa amenities besides a locker room sauna
