I should be notified about card surcharges for bookings beforehand cause it didn't happen for other reservations. The Wifi was too slow. There should be a washing machine and an oven available for guests

The location was in the middle of Polkobin, so you could easily access nearby places. The room was clean and spacious, the bathtub was perfect, the bed was super comfy, and the view to the outside was simply exceptional

The unit was dated in appearance and smelt a bit old. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

One bedroom apartment with sofa bed option was nice and spatious, great budget accommodation option near some lovely wineries. We only stayed for one night, but it would have been great to utilise the tennis court and pool

Wonderful separate 1 bedroom units that overlook beautiful scenery! Plenty of parking close to units and kitchen well stocked with full fridge. Have been here many times and it never disappoints! Spa bath in bedroom is a bonus

Too short a stay to properly comment. My only feedback would be for staff to ensure they spell guests names correctly for the after hours check in/ envelope situation. This caused a little bit of confusion at first thinking I may have picked up someone else's room key. A LOT of SMS communication leading up to the booking however I guess that required due to a peak weekend and public holidays.

Ideal overnight stay (work trip over Easter). Nice enough room with everything I needed. I would stay again (2 nights minimum next time) so I could take proper advantage of the amenities. After hours check in was fairly easy. Beautiful scenery by a lake and I woke to a pristine sunrise with hot air balloons above.

We always stay at Leisure Inn when in the Hunter. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and has all the amenities we need. The location is amazing within walking distance to the Hunter Valley Gardens, Harrigans and Roche Estate.

The way they cleaned our room after the first night. The bed wasn't made, tea and coffee were not replenished, bins were not emptied. The free wifi was a joke it didn't work the first day and the second day it kept dropping in and out, it would last approx 10minutes and then nothing.

The location was perfect everything we wanted was within walking distance or a short drive. Reception staff were very helpful, as were the kitchen staff
