How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The decor was looking a bit sad and cheap, but the accomodation price was great for the area.
The resort is a short walk along the path to the unpatrolled beach. The rooms were clean and the shower pressure was good. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The spa, pool and sauna were great! Big, clean and warm for the cool weather we had in May.

It’s nitpicking, but the kitchen wasn’t brilliantly equipped. Not many sizes of pan and the knives weren’t very sharp. You could definitely make do with what was there though?
Location. Very clean. Nice bed linen and comfortable bed. Everything worked well.

Absolutely nothing.
The location to the beach. The noise of the sea from our flat. The outlook to a beautiful garden. Blackout blinds. Good kitchen with everything you need to cook. Provided with washing powder and dishwasher powder. Really comfy beds. Great shower. Very clean. Helpful staff. Parking beside the flat. A highly recommended place. If I could have lifted the flat and taken it with me.....I would. Quiet. Peaceful. A gem in the most beautiful beach, away from more busy Noosa.

We had a wonderful stay at Glen Eden - our town house was scrupulously clean and had provided everything we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable - and Hamish was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

Far from Noosa, you need a car.
Plenty of space, quiet area, good pool and sauna, close to the beach. They had all kitchen and house supplies I could think of.

We thought we could have been asked to vacant the premises whilst pest spray was applied to surfaces in the apartment.
Location was excellent. Resort appeared to be very well maintained. Pool was great.

Nothing really - slightly removed from shops etc if you don’t have a car but being self contained this shouldn’t be an issue
Self contained two bedroom very good sized apartment with some ocean views and all ammenities like fully equipped Kitchen, washing machine dryer etc - be great for a family beach holiday - nice pool on site. Communication from the hotel managers was excellent throughout. Really enjoyed my stay.

I loved the close access to pool and beach. The unit itself was very comfortable, great aircon, good shower pressure and no skimping on the little extras

Beach was amazing but too dark and scary to walk to the beach once it gets darker. Would be nice to be able to have a walk on the beach in the evenings. Beach/pool towels would be a great addition as we had to keep rewashing ours
We loved the house. It had everything we could ever think of. Amazing to see little things in the house like baking paper, extra washing powder, masuring cups and lots of childrens games and puzzles to do. Also great books to read. Loved the extra beach staff as well. House was very organized, tidy and clean. Nicely furnished and cozy.

Nightlife is quiet and need to travel by car to go to cafes and restaurants as you are between Noosa and Coolum beach. You need to make a booking in restaurants in the village which is a 5 min drive from accommodation and Noosa which is a 15 - 20 min drive from accommodation and alot of the restaurants stop serving food at 9pm. Was charged $5.00 per pool towel and no refund when returned which I think policy should change to at least get a refund back for return of the towels.
The fact the pool was just out the door and the beach was just a 2 min walk. Beautiful walking distance to the beach which was great. Clean and love how it is tiled throughout. No carpet. Bathrooms clean as well. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. Short walking distance to Peregian Beach from accommodation and not too many people at the beach and it is patrolled with lifeguards onsite.

Very good place..just next to beach..we stayed there for 2 nights..it was really a very comfortable stay..the accomodation was very well architecturally designed..you can see the sunrise from balcony..The beds are super cmfy.The beach is also not much crowded.So we enjoyed there a lot..Keep up the great service..
