Close to beach, light rail and surfers main beach. Nice big apartment

The rooms were very outdated and basic and not renovated since built. Furniture especially the lounge was worn. Beds were comfy. Kitchen & cooking utensils were basic. No nice glassware or crockery. Would have expected more for the price paid per night

Location was perfect especially with surf club across the road. Resort was clean. Indoor pool was a bonus for wet weather. Had Foxtel

Unfortunately, a new building was being built in front of this building, and the sound of the generator was very annoying and it was continuing for all day and night ☹️

Lillys help she was fantastic.

Lilly at reception was amazing. Our first night we were put in room 54 on level 11 and it was terrible no air con and resembled a room at the bates motel. Lilly was more than helpful (guy we spoke to on the day we got there told us he couldn't help!!) Lilly found us a new room which was great and actually had air con and was just so helpful. Thank you Lilly you turned a crap start to staying at the hotel to something we actually enjoyed we can't thank you enough.

Unfortunately, the dryer in one of the apartments was not working and there was no airer which was a bit of a problem for the occupants as they had small children. The managers were advised but it wasn't rectified prior to our departure.

We booked three apartments for a multi-generational holiday. All of the apartments were clean and comfortable, with good views. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the short walk to the beach. The apartments were well-matched to the occupants. We appreciated the special gift left for us as the trip was a celebration of birthdays and retirement.

No ice cube trays - which is very minor Suggestion would be a good clean out of the ensuite basin It was a bit tricky to lock the glass door to the balcony at times

The location was perfectly close enough to everything we needed, especially the tram stop just down the road, which made it easy. Staff were wonderful at Acapulco, very friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. Decent size balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Bedding configuration was wrong and we were short one bed, staff did bring a rollaway when I rang them after hours though but wasn’t great when checking in late with children.

Car park is extremely low at 1.9mtrs I believe & spots are extremely tight.

The apartment was very spacious, clean & in a great location (10min walk to surfers) The indoor heated pool/spa was great. Outdoor pool looks amazing as well but way to cold to swim out there in July.

The crockery was dirty, top of fridge was greasy and dusty, microwave was dirty. We bought paper plates and cutlery to use No air conditioning

Undercover car parking was not allocated to rooms. Last day of our stay we couldn't get a park even though we were advised we would definitely have one. No view from our floor which was disappointing when we paid for ocen view.

Apartment was styled beautifully, modern and very roomy. Great location. Right opposite beautiful beach. Easy walk to heart of Surfers or take the tram, with tram stop at the end of the block.

There were a few warm nights, and no aircon in my particular room, but the fans were still not bad. The beds were a little on the 'bricky' side. I wish they were a little softer for my liking.

My apartment was excellent, lovely view, nice pool, and a chilled atmosphere. The hotel had a secure underground carpark that was easily accessible which took you through to the lift that went to the apartment without a fuss! All the apartment facilities was catered for, there was nothing we didnt need. Would rent one again for sure, thanks for the stay!

The furniture, TV, bathrooms and wardrobes could do with an update. Was a struggle to find parking underground that wasn't assigned to a resident. Apart from that it was all good.

The location was great and the views of the beach were amazing. The weather wasn't great whilst staying there but there is an indoor pool and spa which was a life saver for the kids. The apartment was spotlessly clean and near new appliances was appreciated. The size of the appartment and rooms were great also.

Unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned properly, there was mould in the bins & the kitchen was dirty with unclean plates & utensils. The balcony & balcony furniture were covered in dust. Everything just needed a good clean!
