Staff unavailable when dvd player didn't work no one would assist, ended up fixing it ourselves. There is no ability to cast to screen for entertainment. Bring your own devices is my advice.

It was a great late night, last minute booking. The self checkin ment that we weren't on a time limit to get there. Getting our key was as simple as following the prompts.

There were no humans at check in, and it was all done at a computer kiosk. I didn't mind this, but it was a little slow and hung a few times which was a little confusing. Didn't really mind this, but it did take quite awhile at the end to go back to the home screen, so my details (room number) were left on the screen for anyone to see. This did worry me being a solo traveller. My advise would be to stay until the screen resets.

I was on my own, and I felt very safe. I could also see my car from my room so that was a bonus. I walked across the road and brought takeaway from the watermark to eat back in my room, and this worked well for me. There is a bakery a few doors down that I brought breaky from

We were apprehensive about having no staff on site but this was not a problem. Our requests for towels etc were answered promptly and politely. Thank you.

Walls were thin. Could hear TV and some conversations from next room. Bathroom very constricted. Not really worth just under $1k for 3 nights

You could only speak to someone via phone. Charged you another $100 deposit which stayed “pending” for a week then finally disappeared.

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Glenelg but away from the noise but overlooking the park and walking distance to everything in Glenelg. Car parking at the Motel was also a bonus. Rooms were smallish but adequate with small table and chairs, lounge and breakfast making (ie toast and coffee) making facilities. Every room has a small balcony facing out but as ours was a cheaper room we overlooked the city. Check in was smooth considering there is no receptionist. Would recommend.

Lack of staff, the tv was not a smart tv you get WiFi but can't use a chromecast as the tv components are in the wall and not able to connect. They had a blue ray dvd player. Best suggestion bring a laptop and plug into the hdmi that is accessible

Sheets on the bed did not cover the mattress. There was a lot of street noise, which may bother some people. If we had a problem after 5pm, there is only emergency contact. Luckily there were no problems. No check in staff. Toilet roll and tissue dispenser impossibly close to toilet.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The check in process was smooth, although impersonal. The location was excellent. Walking distance to Coles, top restaurants and cafes, and Glenelg Beach. The mini bar was very inexpensive. Only $7 for a can of beer. Only 2 beers though.

There is no reception staff, checkin is done via a kiosk. Any issues are dealt with via a phone call to staff working remotely. It would be nice to have a more personal touch.

Great view, very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location very close to the centre of Glenelg without the noise of staying closer to the pier.

The bed was a little hard but thats my problem not the motels. My friend booked a room direct and it was much cheaper through booking.com

Locationwas excellent. Close to everything. Even though there is no one there to check you in, it was easy. Room was cleaned every day. Overall very good. I would stay here again.
