The quality of the pillows leaves some things to be desired, but which hotel pillows don't? The WIFI is only accessible through the hotel website and you have to go through the same process every time you want to use the internet. The look of the hotel is overall a bit outdated, but it is well-maintained and super clean.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right next to the ski slopes and from our room, we had a view over the whole valley. The staff is accommodating and friendly. It was our second time this season and they greeted us as friends.

Small room, short beds. Check in not possible earlier than 15:00, check out 10:00. The wellness center (sauna, steam bath) cannot be used in the morning.

It's location

I was looking forward to using the swimming pool and t was the main reason why I picked this property I know that it wasn't very busy when I was there the school holidays had just finished. I asked reception what the temperature was before changing and going for a swim. I think if it was 20 degrees I was lucky needless to say it wasn't warm at all. I had invited a relative to have lunch with me and my son. They had schnitzel and I had duck it was ok they were Luke warm we were the olny guests, the water had a long walk from the kitchen to our table perhaps some plate covers would help keep the food warmer. In the passed I have stayed here and have enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a great good selection I only had black bread and some ham. The coffee was good the waiter was excellent and very friendly.

The room and the beds were very small. Not the best value.

The spa ammentities were great, we especially loved the steam bath. We also loved the view from our room and the included breakfast.

The hotel has its age and it can be seen in some places, e.g. swimming pool. But only minor things and it is still great value for money.

Serving of dinner was extremly slow, we waited 50 minutes for the first drink.

Our room was at the end of the hall, facing the parking lot and part of the building with swimming pool. There was an on/off noise coming from the outside, probably from a compressor or something similar. It was not too dramatic but maybe better to avoid if possible. Bed mattress was extremely soft, for both me and my partner quite uncomfortable.

Food and location was the best. We had half board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and same goes for rooms with valley view. The indoor pool is nice and clean, long enough for swimming. Gym is very well equipped and quite big. Staff of the hotel was nice and helpful.

Options for eating after dining hall closed were quite limited. We were without a car which made things a bit more complicated. Dining hall hours for dinner were 6:00-8:30, possibly extending them to 9:00 or at least offering something else to those who return exhausted from skiing and not ready to eat right away or need to sleep a bit, eg sandwiches for purchase

place was fantastic, staff was super helpful, professional, nice, excellent English skills. Location was beautiful, secluded, gym and sauna were of really good quality. We came to ski and these facilities are very close to two ski locations and the area and people are most welcoming. One hour and 15 minutes from Vienna, train station 5 minutes from facility

it’s proximity to Vienna and roads meant that the skiing resorts (Stuhleck)were so busy as to be unusable on the Saturday particularly. (not necessarily the hotels fault but if you were looking for queue free skiing you may want to chose another resort)

close to Vienna. convenient location quiet village. Half board offer was worth taking. Pool and gym good.
