Super nice staff and very cozy place overall. Ski buss operates just outside the front door and night busses worked really well as well. Transportation was no problem at all.

Great hosts and a great place! For some reason I messed up with the booking specifying two persons instead of four but we were immediately provided with another appartment that accomodated all of us which was a life saver. The scenery is beautiful, the appartment is brand new and fully equipped, the cusine is delicious. There is also a nice playground our kids were absolutely happy about. Overall the great place to stay, hope to return back in the following year)

A perfect old Alp lodge! We got a bigger room for no extra charge. The room was nice with a mountain view from the window. Comfortable beds. Really friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast and dinner.

If I really have to mention something, I’d say the breakfast area can become quite warm.

We were here late june23. This area is known for winter sports but also excellent for hiking in the spring/summer. The old hotel is like a museum. Lots of very old tools,furniture and pictures on display. The rooms are comfortable and the view over the mountains is breathtakingly beautiful. Breakfast is complete and tasteful. In the evening the a la carte menu is delicious and the wienerschnitzel is the best I had in a long time. Also plenty of vegetarian options available. Staff/owners (family owned business) are very friendly,smart and helpful people.

Loved the kindness and warmth of the host Philip Matt, the location to the mountain, and apartment we stayed in. The whole family is very welcoming. For those that would complain that the apartment is too hot, that's because it's heated by floor heat which is difficult to dial in. Philip went above and beyond for my friend and I who stayed three nights. One night we arrived after the kitchen was closed, and Philip ensured we had the meals on the nightly menu to eat. The ski room is great as well, as there are forced air blowers to dry all of your gear before the next day. The bus is literally right outside the front door, and you're at the lift in 10 minutes (maybe less). No need to drive anywhere after you arrive. Enjoy a drink, cigar, and relax as you're on holiday! The view from the apartment isn't the area you would normally ski, but still is great to stare at during the day. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and plan on doing so whenever St Anton is the destination.

All you wish on a ski trip was fulfilled, polite and hard working staff. Nice to see youngsyers working. Real Scandinavian and alps feeling. House so nice, warm rooms after cold day, bath, sauna, a lot to experience. Ski bus outside. Good food. The people of the house makes a satisfied customer, this you can feel in this house with a smile. People even not living in the house comes for a beer or dinner😄

Great family run hotel. The staff is awesome. Breakfast was just what you needed to get ready for a great ski day! the bed are very comfortable! There is a bus right outside to take you to the mountain. We skied saint Anton’s one day and Ischgl the next. The decor is pretty interesting, lots of history there. Great value for money.

Thus hotel is really interesting with wonderful quirky decor. The bedroom we had was huge and airy and very comfortable. The receptionist/owner could not be more welcoming and cannot do enough to help you.

We were asked to fill out check-in information two days after our arrival, which delayed our departure. I would recommend having guests complete all check-in requirements prior to getting the keys to their room to make the process more efficient.

The location was perfect for a relaxing ski vacation! The free ski shuttle picks you up just steps from the front door and you are on your way to the slopes of St. Anton. Fuel up with the extensive and delicious breakfast prepared by the owner's mother. And share all your ski stories in the evenings at the hotel restaurant, which provides great service and a friendly smile from the owner's father.
