When i booked i believed that it is a hotel, not a private apartment (it was not mentioned properly), anyway, despite the unfriendly and unpolite owner (not even a simple Welcome or have a nice stay or to introduce himself…), it is a correct choice. Clean, has all the necessary tools for a family stay, close to the center, it is obvious that the owners wanted to transform an old style apartment into something cosy. No view, creapy entrance, old elevator, unpolite owner…or whatever he is..

The apartment is located in the center of the city, very close to main touristic atractions (museums area). It is very clean, looks like was recently refreshed (painted, new bathroom and some cheap furniture to look different)

The property was super clean, towels provided, cutlery and kitchen utensils are fully provided. The flat was small however it can fit 4 adults 1 children comfortably. It is nearby supermarket as well, so it is a bonus.

No air-conditioning, and it was stuffy(luckily for us it wasn't too hot during our stay)

The biggest advantage is the location, close to almost every major site either by foot or the subway ( currently U2 route is under repair), good mattress and relative to being at the center of the city it is quiet, so overall good night sleep

Only one bathroom, but has two toilets. Our flight was late and the owner wanted a 100 euros for this, we came around 01:30, also, no way to contact the owner once you're there.

Only thing not great was the AC was there but weirdly it was near the terrace/balcony at the top level but not near the rooms on the first level of the house.

Location was great. Right in the heart of vienna so very easy to move around with public transport and close to all the attractions. The apartment was clean and all amenities were there. Enjoyed our stay there

The only problem was that there is only one bathroom in the apartment, which is not enough for 10 people. There are 2 toilets.

Fabulous location, just near the Inerre Stadt. Everything within a walking distance. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 6 children, and it was perfect. The entrance to the apartments looks a bit unappealing, but the apartment itself is great!

Had no hot water for 1 day, a bit strange that the owner didn't check is everything working before we arrived, it was fixed the next morning though. Also only cash accepted, wasnt expecting this thougt I will be able to pay by credit card.

Erich is not the most talkative person in the world, but he was there to help us the two times we needed him. His help was immediate and efficient. More efficient cleaning of the place, however, is definitely needed.

Great location next to Museumquartier, easy access to all museums attractions and the old town. Easy communication with the owner. If you need something quite cheap for Vienna with more than the basic amenities and in the hotspot of the city, then this is the place.

It's not super clean. Their were renovations being done that were noisy when we wanted to rest. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, and there was water dripping in the kitchen.

Excellent location, most of the top attractions in walking distance. Spacious apartment for 4 people. All necessities are available.

The biggest drawback is that the toilet and the bath area are separated by 2 rooms. And the toilet WC does not have a bidet either which makes it more inconvenient.

The property is spacious with all facilities. It’s well location with public transport easily available.

The couch bed had been slightly damaged by a past guest so it didn’t always stay together the way it should, but it was mostly okay. The water heater drips in the kitchen - I thought we were washing our hands extra vigorously and leaving behind water on the counter but then eventually discovered it was not us. There was construction/remodeling noise from a lower apartment every morning at 7 am during our stay, but that seems short term.

Unit 21 was very pretty and well supplied with towels and other traveler necessities. Good sized elevator!

The kitchen was very dirty. The cabinets and drawers were full of crumbs and debris, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, the stove top and oven were filthy (inside and out), the coffee pod machine did not work. The upstairs bathroom shower was dirty. My toddler pulled someone else’s article of clothing out of the baby cot (where she was sleeping), which leads me to believe the sheet was not washed on the baby cot. We contacted the property owner through the booking.com messenger to arrange leaving our luggage at the property for several hours after check out. He replied letting us know that we could do it for a 20€ fee. His instructions were unclear, and when we messaged for clarification, he did not respond. We waited as long as we could (over 8 hours) and then called him for clarification. The owner was rude and impatient upon receiving my phone call.

The property is spacious, well furnished, and is close to public transportation/attractions. The beds are comfortable and the windows have shades.

We had an issue with the Water Heater which we need to keep calling the Host to remind him to attend and also the Dishwasher got clogged but we managed to get this done but it took a day. Otherwise all ok.

Perfect location, very close to the Museums, Hofburg, Maria Hilferstrasse. Apartment is quite but. Windows are on the busy street but it wasn't very noisy in the end. Nice host available at place.
