You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely hotel with amazing balconies. We had a room on the top floor with great views of sea and mountains. Staff was great, and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. There are a lot of parking spaces and it's close to the beach. Beds are comfortable, there is a hairdryer in the bathroom and fridge in the room. Very high standard of the room. I can truly recommend this hotel.

Loved everything, especially the large parking lot, the amazing breakfast that even had PANCAKES. The room was super clean and comfortable. Just a 1-4 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Dhermi. I wish we could have stayed longer.

EstoniaThey use a stronger-scented detergent for washing the bed linens, so we had to air them on the balcony during the day before going to sleep in the evening.
The hotel itself was clean and very cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, addressing all requests and questions promptly. The hotel was definitely worth its price, and its location was approximately a 5-minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was very good, and they also made cappuccinos and other coffee drinks upon request.
