The water pressure in the upper rooms were terribly weak. The wifi connection was interrupted in every 2 minutes, very unstable. Also, although the residence is located 1.8 km away from the beach, it is not necessary walking distance, since there is 100 m elevation gain too. Also the nearest bakery and restaurant (Genti) is 2 kms away, with another 100-125 m elevation. Its really worth to use a car at this property. The rooms lacked blankets actually, and the ones present were without cover, which is was a bit weird.

The staff is helpful, the pool is very nice. The rooms are well equiped.

The rooms we received didn’t meet the conditions as booked, leaking airconditioning in the sleeping room . The water was dripping literally inside the room where the electricity contacts are installed very dangerous and leaking floors because of the water on the floors. Sea view from the side with the motor of the air conditioning that made it impossible to stay in this tiny balcony with heat. The swimming pool not always clean . The restaurant not worth it better dont try. Overall good for families but not worth the money.

More like suggestions, nothing to prevent me from returning: Would've liked to have mosquito nets on the doors and windows. Some more power outlets in the living room and kitchen. Personally would've liked the music volume on the pool to be lower or the music to be more relaxing.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in a beautiful well kept environment. While not a priority for me the pool area and terrace is nice with a good sea view.

Was fairly newly refurbished but gas hob had been cut off. One of the single beds was very very hard and we had to put blankets under her to make it comfortable. Take your insect repellant. The pool needed a bit of a clean but wasnt awful. The worst thing was it was very noisy as there were young lads partying in the flat above us, one night it went on til 2.30am, and it is not sound proofed. When we checked in there was a lot of confusion about price. We had been told to get cash out...but we could have paid credit card. Then the exchange rate seemed to be very inflated to what we thought we were paying...but after a long conversation it was okay. Keep your receipts and proof of booking.

Right next to swimming pool, near to local shop. 15 minutes walk to beach. Spacious apartment with kitchen and washing machine and air con. Bar next to pool, though drinks pricey.. Pizza and chips were lovely from pool bar. Sunsets from the pool are very special.

The wifi was very hit and miss, the apartment when we arrived was covered in hair to the point I had to vacuum it. There could of been more deep cleaning done.

The swimming pool was not working. I booked the hotel just because of pool. When asked we were informed that Pool starts from June-July.

The best part of room is kitchen. We cooked our food and had a great dinner. The hotel staff was good. I didn't know that booking.com does not take payment from your card, you have to pay at hotel either in euro/lek. The manager gave us time to cross check my credit card statement and later I paid with my multicurrency card at reception. There is also a dedicated parking at hotel.

I think we got there before peak season so felt like not much was ready e.g. the pool (despite asking in advance and being told it would be open by mid May). very basic kitchen equipment. some lights in the hallways didn’t work. overall comfortable enough for the reasonable price - what we expected.

A beautiful location in tropical atmosphere with a very warm and helpful staff. We arrived in the pouring rain and for Clea, the lady who received us, no effort was too much to help us to a suitable stay, which met my health condition. The view of the apartment on the sea side where we stayed was beautiful, the space comfortable. The terraces of the complex have beautiful mosaics with atmospheric mostly tropical vegetation all around. With good weather, this is a real paradise. Our stay was short because of the rainy weather. We will surely come back.

The location is quite far from beach, you need a car or a long walk + in my opinion Dhermi is very touristy, I'd prefer more pittoresk.. + the bar / restaurant serves no food in the afternoon.

It takes some time to reach the beach and you need to have a car. The bar was a bit late with the orders. We had not so excellent connection but the wonderful staff managed and solved our issues and requests!

There was no water in shower, sink and even toilet occationally. Imagine you to return from the sea on a very hot day (35C), Your body is salty, sandy and swetty, you would like to take a shower but there is not a single drop of water there. You have to wait a few hours and then the water is back again. You don't think it would be polite to go wash yourself in a pool. Staff said it was a water pump problem but the it continued ~3 days. Staircase was probably not cleaned a single time during our stay (6 days). There was a spilled coffee on stairs and I watched it for 3 days untill I cleaned it myself. I Didn't take a couple or smoked-out cigarettes so they remained peacefully till the end of our stay. Beaches are far away and you have to walk right on street together with cars as there is no sidewalk everywhere. You can check it i Googlemaps Streetview. When You get used to it, it seems normal in Albania, many people are walking on the roads, not only people, You can meet dogs, sheep and donkeys, even in night time. Everybody is used to it, he drivers are mostly slow and carefull.

The pool is wonderful, quite big, probably 20m long, wide and deep, with a child's sector. Water clear and perfect temperature. Many nice trees, exotic plants (including Bananas with real fruits) and flowers everywhere, even in your private wide and shady balcony. Kitchens in the rooms. Sea view right from Your bed. Staff is more friendly than Your closest friend. Nice Bar-Restaurant with shades near the pool, with a stunning sea panorama. Covered car parking. There is a grossery store close to appartement with a local wood and service. The beaches are super marvelous and the sea super gorgeous. you can also go hiking to Mountains, everything smell so nicely and You see the Sea from above all the time.

The quality and the equipment of the place is substandard for a European traveller. There was a kitchen in our apartment but hardly with any equipment (basic like cutleries, knives, plates etc. not talking steamer or sous vide cooker...). Light did not work, stove hardly. The water was dripping in the bathroom. The place is not walking distance to the beaches, especially if you are with kids. In Dhermi there are not many things to see apart from the beach, the sea, hotels and restaurants. Lots of new developments though, can be an interesting place in 10 years.

What is great about the place is the people who operate it. They would go the extra mile to meet your requests and they are honest, hard-working and super nice people. The pool and the bar are great, you can plan having breakfast or dinners there, too. The beach and the sea are really nice.

The pool is currently out of action being repaired and filled, we were given a different room due to construction work going on, which is understandable as out of season. Once fixed up will be a brilliant location with stunning view of the sea and mountains and poolside bar.

Chap running is quiet but helpful and kind. He helped organise us a taxi to airport, came and help meet the driver on the beach and even phoned to check in with driver when driving to see how was going and that we would make our flight. Short walk down the hill for the beach if at night look out for the firefly’s! Careful walking on the path as quite a few drains don’t have covers.

When we arrived the TV didn't work but the staff brought an antenna the next morning and fixed it. That is just about it. Cannot emphasize enough how helpful and friendly the staff are.

A spacious clean well equipped apartment with a nice view of the ocean. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help in any way they can. There is a wonderful pool area with sun beds and a bar, also a terrace which has chairs and tables (both these areas are lit up with a row of lights in the evening which makes the whole ambient very pleasing, the view from the terrace is stunning). The area around the buildings has a lot of vegetation and gardens which were super clean and maintained. The nearest beach is a 3 min drive with a car (all of the roads in this area are super steep so going without a private car is not recommended). The nearest market is a minute walk just up the road and there is another market in which you can buy drinks in the apartment's entrance itself. There is a private parking with a fence which the staff close during the evening so your vehicle is secure.
