Coffee at the buffet breakfast was extremely sub-standard. Instant coffee that was weak. If this is truly a 5 star hotel there would be proper bean-to-cup freshly made coffee as I have experienced in every other 3 star and up hotel I've ever been in. Also the rooms didn't have coffee of any sort (just some teas). In addition there was no one to help with baggage or any care given for our general well-being and enjoyment as guests. We just felt lost and thr lack of care/attention given to guests in including no room service and the staff shortage deducted from the overall experience.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean overlooking Vlore. Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. Really nice layout with Netflix, YouTube, King Size bed and all shower amenities. The breakfast was by and large great. All the typical buffet breakfast items. Good variety. The staff were friendly and energetic. Also the views of the ocean and poolside area were extremely relaxing and scenic.

Main Pool was always full of bits at the bottom, never saw it being cleaned. Some of the outside furniture was a bit dirty.

I would not say that this is a 5 star stay. The hotel itself is very pretty and the pool is great, but the food is average and not much variety, and the staff are not trained to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The beach was also not useable as there is a lot of construction going on, so be careful out of “summer season” (ie before June/July).

Some things need a bit updating (toilet seat was moving, air conditioner was not working) and staff was in the middle of preparing for season. There was construction going on near the beach area, so we did not use the beach.

The pools, especially the kids pool could be heated so we could use it, as the weather in April/May didnt warm up the water well enough on its own yet. Coffee in the restaurant is not so great but you can buy a nice one in the pool bar.

Very thoughtfully decorated and designed property, the architects/interior designers did a fantastic job. Great to chill out as it is a bit away from Vlore. Unforunately the beach was just under construction when we were there and the weather was not warm enough yet to use the pools with kids so we couldnt enjoy the property as much, but it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was extremely kind and the cleaners cleaned the room every day very thorougly. Recommend!

it would be great to have some relaxing chairs in the spa and some lounge chairs at the pool.

We were not staying in the hotel we booked but got transferred to the sister hotel in town, as there was no gym, the pool was not ready and the beach was under construction. The hotel looked very nice - but we were too early in the season. the staff was incredibly nice and transferred us to the city center. we were close to the beach, but no real sea view, the pool was not in use yet, but the spa was incredible - wonderful.

This is second time we stay on this hotel and in both times there’s not toilet paper, that’s sounds strange for a 5 star hotel. Also there’s problem with parking as well

Could have done with some entertainment. Like most hotels in this location, there is nowhere to enjoy an evening stoll so after a while you start to feel a little contained.

We went for one of the deluxe double rooms which has a private pool shared with about 6 other rooms. The views were amazing! The staff were super helpful, you never had to ask twice! The buffet was sometimes limited but the kitchen staff were happy to prepare ANYTHING you fancied for breakfast lunch or dinner.

The food was sometimes cold, there were not many options for fussy eaters and having salt and tissues on the dining table was a luxury. It would help to have some small tags for each dish they serve so you know what you eat. Dnd signs so nobody can enter your room whilst sleeping would be great too.

One of the best locations I could have chosen for my honeymoon. The hotel was as beautiful as it is in pictures, making you feel in a very luxurious place. I feel I had the best room in the hotel - great size, with access to the private pool too. The staff was super friendly and professional, helping us with whatever we needed. It is worth pointing out that the waiters' manager was so careful with us, always going the extra mile. I feel bad for not managing to say goodbye to him! The food was generally good too, with highlights to the in-house made pizza, which was as good as in Italy!

Food is same every day. Beach is ok but i dont like that we have to pay 20 euros baldachin on beach because we have all inclusive package. Sea in front of the hotel is very bad it looks like a lake. It have too much sea plants.

bar staff were unfriendly. they didn’t like it when we queried why the prices on the menus were wrong. The reply was that the season has just started and the menus are out of date. seems like the start of the season - mid June had come as a surprise to them!

The restorant, they where really unorganized. Also when we asked to get a coffee in evening 7:00 pm they said that is late and they don’t have coffee on that time, like we were on the club.

There’s not enough parking for the cars and we had to leave our keys to reception.

Dinner!! choice of food was very limited (fish soup/fish or chicken soup/chicken) we had to eat out couple of times.... If we know the food would be limited to fish or chicken every evening, we would've booked bed & breakfast only.
