Should have been made more clear that there are renovations happening around the hotel which block the view of the beach.

We thought we were going to have a sea view, but when we arrived there was a new building being built right in front of the hotel. It's not something they can control but from the current images it's not noticeable

Our stay at Hotel Patio Mare was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby to the time I checked out, we felt welcomed and well-cared for by the attentive staff. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and the front desk staff was friendly and eager to assist. They provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and dining options. The room I and my partner stayed in was comfortable and clean. While it may not have been a large room, it had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a restful night's sleep throughout my stay. The room had all the essentials, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it tidy. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety and the quality of the food was really good, and the service was prompt and friendly. The hotel's location was convenient, with several local attractions and restaurants within easy reach.

Team working in this hotel is exceptional. Carrying and polite. Girl at the reception prepared by herself a list with recommended restaurants and bars around which was very helpful. Good location. New building. Sunbeds on the beach free of charge.

Only the size of the rooms was a bit small and there was just a small place to hang clothes, no drawer or wardrobe. I guess its fine if you are staying for 1 weekend only but if you stay for 1 week or 2 then i guess you wont have where to put clothes. But this was jsut our rooms, i dont know if the other rooms are the same sizes.

It was super clean, newly invested, and had most necessities. It was super central, very good location and the staff was very nice. Overall it was very good choice of stay. Also the breakfast was pretty nice. Apart from the breakfast, included in the room pice was also the sunbeds at the beach,which was very nice.

Although it was very close to the beach, due to some construction in front of the hotel we had to walk like 5 minutes around to get to the beach. However not a big issue.

The hotel was modern and the rooms were comfortable and with all the facilities. Overall I would say one of the best hotels I have been. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

the view to the sea is blocked by construction- however the beach is 5 minutes walk away and the hotel have sunbeds dedicated for guests

An unfinished building is standing next to the hotel, and blocking the view to the sea. But this was not really an issue for us. Beach is very close.

Above all very friendly, flexible and helpful staff. Good location. Brand new hotel build according to modern standards. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Free beach beds and parasols at dedicated beach. Balcony. Free parking under the building. Good an varied breakfast.

Bathroom floor was always soaking wet after a shower. Might be due to the floor being wrong leveled.

The location is great, staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. The manager was really kind and helped us if we had questions or needed recommendations and the cleaning lady always checked if we needed anything aswell. Also got lots of help when I felt sick and the staff even brought me medicine from the pharmasy which was really sweet.

The room was a little small, but the beds were very comfortable and the balcony with the sea view made up for the room size.

This brand new hotel exceeded expectations, the staff go above an beyond to make tour stay comfortable and enjoyable. Anything you need they are happy to help you. The breakfast is great, I'd highly recommend staying at this hotel for your stay in Dhermi. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
