The breakfast was nice but there were a lot of wasp enjoying it as well, nothing was covered so they got into everything. The Dhermi boulevard is actually quite a walk, the hill you go up to get back is really steep and dark at night.

Beautiful room, very clean. Staff was friendly, there is enough parking space next to and in front of the hotel. Showers and bed were very comfortable.

The coffee at breakfast is charged as an extra and no one mentioned that until they hand you the coffee with the bill…

Bed could be more comfortable, it was not the most uncomfortable we have been in Albania, but still could improve. Bathroom could be more clean, when you looked at first it was clean, but the cleaning ladies clearly didn’t close the door to clean behind the door, so there was hairs from previous guest and some mold behind the door. Breakfast had the same variety as all the hotels we have stayed in Albania… so nothing new. We are staying 1 night in each different place in +3 star hotels and all of them serve exactly the same kind of fruit, bread, salad… also, be ready to pay for the hot drinks you may want to drink during breakfast, we had to pay 200lek for 2 expressos, which does not make much sense for us, it is the same everywhere…. Therefore, the price-quality relation could be better given that we stayed in hotels that were cheaper with the same kind of service, amenities and with pool and this one didn’t have a pool

Newly renovated hotel, with beautiful decoration. Really nice vibe in the bar/ breakfast area and sunset view. Staff was nice and helpful. Amenities are provided, such as dental kit, shower and shampoo.

The location, the staff and the room were all great. We had a mountain view room and enjoyed the sunset on the balcony each evening.

My reservation was for a room with a balcony with Mountain View, but I didn’t get a balcony, not even a window I could open. The breakfast is good but it makes no sense paying for the coffee drinks.

The hotel it’s quite new and modern. 4 minutes driving to the beach promenade. The rooms are not that spacious, but comfortable and slick designed.

- Overall it was good, but coming from a family that owns hotels, the hotel could use a few touch ups. When you walk in, there’s only one light that lights up the whole room and once you turn it off it’s all dark. I would put bedside lamps or lights aside so once you turn off the lights you can just turn on the light next to your bed instead of being in the dark. The breakfast was nice but very cold as everything was outside on the table and there were flies all around the food since nothing was covered. I did not see a reception. When we arrived the cleaning lady was waiting for us outside and gave us the keys to the room.

- The sea view was nice. The room was clean. We stayed for three nights and they changed our towels daily and made up the room.

Says the breakfast is included but doesn't offer any coffee or tea, if you want has to be paid extra. The accommodation still work on progress hopefully it will be finish the next high season be cause has a very good potential.

The place is still a work in progress. There are a few details that seem unfinished, like lighting fixtures in the outside areas or the lack of any furniture in the room besides the bed and the TV rack.

The breakfast area was inviting and cute. The view from the patio or balconies towards the sea or the mountains are beautiful in either direction. Our hosts were very attentive and always on call when we needed their help.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we had booked a mountain view room, and our mountain view was blocked by a big stone wall. The balcony was shared with two other rooms as it was more of a patio than a balcony. It would have been better if the room had a better description.

The design was beautiful, very peaceful place with nice modern rooms and amazing patio. The rooms smelled really nice, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast setting was delightful, and the food was delicious with a lot of choices.

Loud between the rooms. The hotel ordered a taxi for us to our next destination that drove very irresponsibly and ended up getting a ticket from the police at one point. Then continued driving the same way after.

The walk to the beach was very difficult.

The owner is a gem of a person. Cares very much about his guests. His hospitality is amazing, highly recommend the stay. It was a quiet oasis, but be warned, the walk to the beach may not be for everyone.

The wifi pooly worked! I had to stay in the reception to make it a little better but even like that it was far from being good and since I need it for work that really bugged me! I was charged for expresso coffees during breakfast, but what I really wanted was filtered coffes which I wasnt able to order cause the person in there spoke absolutely no english...Summing it up: I ordered something which wasnt what I wanted and was surprisily charged for that

The hotel itself is really nice! Having breakfast included in Albania is a total diferential cause they barely serve breakfast in the streets! The hotel was understanding and accepted my payment with credit card. Most hotels in Albania only take cash

the worst thing is the staff firstly overbooking then wanting to charge us the same for less rooms. having to pay for tea and coffee for breakfast which was included. upon departure beware of the late check out scam when they try charge you 10 euros per person if you are ten mins late to reception without any warning. ok building but rude and scammy staff
