the only minus point i give is the restaurant sanur but i wasn’t bad at all the only thing was that i had to ask the bill 3 times before someone came with the bill and they hadn’t had the english menu, the food was great tho

Beautiful nature, good food, clean sea, nice staff, but not much interesting places around hotel. A lot of construction work in the area. I didn't even find store to buy souvenirs or post card. Post office didn't work. :D. Sea, sun and hotel with pool and private beach. In general we are satisfied.

Shower and sink right in the room, not separated. Lightbulb in the bathroom was out, despite informing reception, it wasn't replaced during the 3-day stay. Upon departure, they literally inspect the room's condition, which was quite unusual, as I've never seen this before.

Amazing experience! The hotel is very modern with a beautiful infinity pool and also an amazing private beach, with sunbeds and umbrellas. Breakfast offers great variety and staff was always very friendly. If I visit Albania again I'll be back for sure!

The hotel was lovely, very cute. Great outside spaces to sit with a lovely view of the sea and mountains. Room was a nice size very comfy bed, and very clean. Breakfast was good, fruit pastry and cooked meats. Staff were very friendlie and check in was quick and easy. The price is excellent and we had a great stay

We visited at the end of the season, the last week before the hotel closed for the winter so full selection was not available from menus but there was still lots to choose from.

The location of the hotel is secluded, in the mountains by the sea perfect for a relaxing holiday. However, there is a small promenade with bars and restaurants about 800m away

The staff felt untrained. We had a few mishaps at the restaurant. It's silly that a hotel like this has certain limitations such as no room service and no meal in the bar area (which is in the same area as the restaurant, and even when we are the only people in the place). The restaurant was the main disappointment. It was end of season so lots of items were missing from the menu. The same dish (paccheri) ordered twice was very different in quality (once amazing, once not good). We got the mixed grilled fish dish (not cheap) and there was no octopus (even though it was listed as part of it). We tried to order a caesar salad for 3 meals, we were always told it was no longer available. On the third the table next to us ordered it, at which point we complained to the staff. We ordered it in our next meal, and magically it was available. These things are not welcome in this type of hotel.

Place is beautiful, as well as the stone beach of the resort. The pool is comfy and amazing. The vibe of the restaurant is very pleasant.

The hotel breakfast wasn’t great, it was very hard to get more water in the rooms (you had to go down to the beach bar every time) and a lot of the food in the restaurant on the menu was unavailable.
