The only thing was the lack of any shower for those with a late flight. Your only option is to swim in the pool rather than the sea at the end and then get changed in one of the two toilets at either the bar or reception. It's a really small criticism this and wouldn't put me off recommending it.

Really friendly, wecoming and attentive staff. The location and beach front were fantastic. The rooms were spacious with everything you need and fantastic air conditioning. Also a really short transfer from the airport. We were only there for a couple of nights as a stopover from Barbados (it halved the cost of the return with Virgin at the time), but loved the atmosphere and location and would look at coming back for a much longer stay.

My only complaint is the ramps at the reception area are way too steep for anyone in a wheelchair to push themselves up. Also at least a few rooms should be made fully accessible so that anyone in a wheelchair can actually move about freely without any assistance.

From beginning to end our stay was great. Joyette the receptionist is awesome. There's also the night shift receptionist and I'm drawing blank on her name but she too was awesome. Thank you ladies for everything. I had breakfast once during my stay and it was delicious. I do love their dinner menu more. Neil who is the food and beverage manager was great. Thanks for being very accommodating. My husband is a paraplegic and although there's accessibility to the room, once you get to the front door there's no access. There's a step up to get through the front door. We called front desk and within minutes the maintenance guy put together a ramp for my husband. That was truly an above and beyond act which we are truly grateful. Blessings to the rastaman!

We only stayed for one night as we were booked into another resort for the rest of our stay but I would like to have stayed at Siboney Beach for longer.

The location was perfect and the room was of a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the access to the pool right outside our room was perfect.

As per above every-time I reported that the internet was not working I did not feel any staff sympathy instead I was told no one else was complaining which belittle my ask. I wish I did not have to work while I was away but I did and the lack of internet my it very difficult to finish my work allowing me to get out and enjoy all the beauty around.

Everything but the fact that I could not lead a modern life because I could not connect to the internet, and every effort to ask for help did not lead to a satisfying resolution. This situation spoiled my overall experience. The room was beautiful, housekeeping was good, the restaurant staff great, and the grounds were beautiful. It is conveniently located and easy to get too. I recommend renting a car to go explore.

Rooms were pretty basic, but had all you needed.

Location right on the beach was idyllic. Quiet and small. Restaurant did lovely food and cocktails, however staff friendliness was varied. Beach staff were very attentive and helpful.

Our friends had breakfast included and it was not nice and such a long wait that they started having it in their room. Staff at reception messed up 2 of my restaurant bookings even though I had e-mail confirmations from them Cleaning of the apartment was a hit and miss - some days very good and some days not The stairs leading up to the rooms were always dirty with no cleaning done at all Reception organised a taxi for us to go to local restaurant and the taxi charged us double of what we paid coming back
