Not to much but I think the restaurants should offer authentic antiquean food.

How clean the place was and how much pride the staff takes into making sure everything is kept well....

There is a problem with the sunbeds owned by the hotel….some were being sold off to non residents on the beach everyday. Consequently there were some undesirable occupants who were particularly noisy and disruptive to hotel guests. The security needs to improve.

Lovely setting amongst lush trees that made the property seem larger. Exceptionally clean. Lovely beach. Food was excellent but pricey. Staff were very helpful.

The shower in the bathroom. We reported to the desk, that the shower curtain did not cover the opening and after each shower we had to use a towel to clean up water all over the floor. We reported it on day one, but no one brought us a better shower curtain.

Restaurant food was very good. Service was great, especially Toylin. She was so nice and good with everyone.

Our reception/ arrival welcome was not great tbh . Wed arrived off a long flight and didn’t feel welcome at all . Staff service was a little hit and miss in the restaurant as well … Food again a little hit and miss !

The location , and rooms were fabulous. It was very clean and our balcony on the top floor was lovely , overlooking the garden and palm trees . Thr cleaning staff were excellent. Marvin on the beach was just great .

Iffy hot water in the shower. This may only apply to the last room I stayed in. But warm enough was good enough

Food is fine for this sort of hotel in the Caribbean. Hot water in the shower is iffy, but so it can be in many posher resorts I have stayed at in Antigua. At present I have work in Antigua and am a regular visitor (4 times in the last 4 months) Having stayed at several supposedly posher and much more expensive resorts this is now my favourite, in that the rooms are clean, bright and properly maintained, the amenities are good, the staff super - all in all a great package at a sensible price for Antigua.

Our room AC did not work so had to move rooms halfway through the trip. Staff was helpful making this happen.

The apartment was a bit ‘tired’: could do with some regular maintenance.

The location was superb: the beach area was clean and the attendants very efficient and polite. Great beach bar and restaurant. The beach was busy but we walked 5 minutes on from the resort and had the sea to ourselves. The freshwater pool and gardens were lovely: we had the gardens and pool to ourselves one evening. The apartment was well equipped, comfy bed etc.

There isn't any elevators to the upper floors so if you have a lot of bags it maybe a problem but the front desk do helo you get them to your room

It had its own little beach area and it was located in between two long stretch of beautiful beach

Foods and Drinks a re a bit pricier than other places. Food service is slow and I noticed that all other places in this Island are more laid back and slow in food service.

Beach in front of the resort was amazing, Lots of of beach bed and umbrellas. for free. Restaurants location are amazing, Food is great. a bit pricey and a little slow , but overall very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of parking space and free of charge. I would defiantly recomend to all my friends.

Hotel’s Private beach was small, but you can easily access the rest of Dickinson Bay beach

Ground floor Garden suite room was fantastic. Direct access to charming and secluded garden with hammock & small pool. At night there was a gas fire pit creating a superb, relax no atmosphere. Room was spacious, with high quality bed & furnishings. Full room width patio doors opened on to garden, including full room width mosquito net in patio door opening (but there were no mosquitos). At end of Dickinson Bay beach, an extensive Sandy beach with great swimming & beautiful sunsets
