We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe facility is self-catered and the nearest proper supermarket is quite a long way (25-30 min walk) which we weren't aware of at the time. Staff are very helpful and will get you a taxi however.

United KingdomThe beach club is right at Dickenson's bay beach. It is enclosed with a nice garden and pool area. It is very close to restaurants and has a little supermarket on-side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and met all our needs and expectations. We would definitely book again! Such a lovely, relaxing place.

Fabulous location. Very quiet, beautiful pool area, everything spotless. All staff very helpful. Great shower with plenty of hot water, ceiling fans and AC, good kitchen facilities - microwave, double hot plate, grill/oven, kettle, coffee maker and large fridge/freezer. Room serviced 3 times during our week with fresh bedding and towels each time. Small, but adequate balcony in our upper floor room (which we had requested). Communal BBQ available within the grounds with canopy. Ample sun loungers available at the pool, which is set back from the beach and quieter, as well as a good supply on the beach outside the property. Secure entry facilities so felt very safe. Mosquito fogging undertaken within the grounds. Small 'shop' selling useful items in Reception. Very small supermarket close by however stock very limited. Ample parking immediately outside the property. Beach towels available (small deposit) which can be refreshed at any time. One of the nicest places we've stayed in the Caribbean. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Have never stayed anywhere where all of the staff, without exception, were so keen to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Thank you all!

United KingdomMy husband and I have recently returned from a wonderful stay at the Buccaneer Beach Club. Each of the well-appointed and spotlessly clean apartments are situated in beautifully maintained gardens. The garden leads directly onto the beach where sunbeds/umbrellas are free to guests. I am a wheelchair user and failed to notice that there were two steps up to the apartment. The mistake was wholly mine but what could have been a problem and spoiled my holiday was not for the Buccaneer Beach Club. The following day, Leonard, the Manager built me a ramp so that I could access the apartment independently. Such amazing service to go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. Leonard and all his staff really care about their guests and want to provide the best possible experience for all the visitors. We received the warmest Caribbean welcome possible and although we arrived as strangers we left as friends. I would recommend the Buccaneer Beach Club as a great place to stay when you visit Antigua.

The property has its own small and very attractive beach with loungers for use by residents. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was well laid out and shady, There are two beach cafes and a small shop within easy reach.
