I have informed Ana of a minor issue encountered about the extra cups which I think can be improved. Also please always check if the amenities are refilled as the lotion and conditioner were almost empty.

The overall stay was amazing. The check in and check out were seamless, Hakim and Ana were very accommodating, great customer service. We had a great time with our friends during the Saturday Superhero brunch, the food spread were tasty and delightful, staff were friendly and helpful, Manoj and the rest of the Spicery team ensured that we are looked after and Gracey was a great performer.. The kids enjoyed the pool access while the adults enjoyed playing billiards at the sports bar. The room was huge, nice and clean (just a little precaution with the bathtub as it gets slippery, perhaps a bath math would help). The gesture of arranging a birthday setup and cake for my husband made our stay more special, it was a super weekend stay indeed in a hidden gem in Deira. Thank you everyone for making our stay memorable, keep up the good work!

In this day and age there are plenty of properties that are clean and attractive structures but for us what makes a property different from others is the service. And the service we received at Wyndham Dubai Deira was exceptional. Pallav (if I remember the name correctly) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and ensured our comfort despite the limitations he was faced to accommodate our family of seven. The team there is an asset to the organization.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is just next to Metro station. There are a number of good restaurants very close to the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The dealing of hotel staff was generally good. The quality of food was good.

The Restaurant was not great, they did not have vegan option to start with so was difficult to find something to eat that was not bread or fruit. it was also very overcrowded at times was not easy to cartulary, the waiters really struggled to keep up with the clean up of the table.

Everything was really fantastic. very clean hotel, staff were superb, the hotel location was also very convenience and close to the metro station. The pool on the top of the building was a treat.

The breakfast and dinner was very sub-par. Should I decide to come back to this hotel, I wouldn't add it to the list. The room service option is a far better experience as the food there is of greater quality.

Hotel room was clean and spacious, enjoyed how soundproof it was and can only hear most sound from the hallway which was mostly quiet. I was here for mostly work but a bit of vacation. Air-con works a treat - your room will be chilly if you set it to the lowest setting! Great for me who likes a chilled room when sleeping.

I went at the end of March and was misleading as the rooftop pool was out of service and when booked was not informed only when arrived was Informed which was disappoitng they had sis hotel which could provide but with e kids was not practical to do . Not sure why they charge for a water bottle at breakfast when should be free . No tea of coffee is provide lunch time only with a charge I was full board I would like to mention so felt strange they would charge for this.

Nice clean hotel with big room , was spacious room and bed . Food varation was good across the day Location is good for gould souk market and local food amenities.
