Security can be improved as there are people from other floors entering to use the washing machine and microwave oven. They know the pin to the door so I always keep my stuff in the lockers.

No common room to chat with mates and make phone calls. That would be brilliant. Else, this would annoy other roommates.

The property was a bit difficult to find but the owner helped me find it when I contacted him on whatsapp.

The property is located near Al Ghubaiba metro and bus station and has Indian restaurant at ground floor. The hostel is very clean and daily cleaning is done. Owner and Jishad is very friendly and helpful and takes care of all our needs. Beds are very comfortable and I had a very good sleep each night. Also drinking water is provided which is a nice addition.

- no real kitchen, no stove - no plates, almost no cutlery - no fridge (but might just be in repair) - no view, no daylight, no windows - you can still chill and hang out, it just feels like you're in a submarine - almost no space, no real lounge or common rooms - it's a dormitory with a very small multifunctional room (no separation by a door) and a bathroom - one toilet/ bathroom/ shower/ washing machine for 10 beds - location is good or bad depending on where you want to go. Deira is great for Old Dubai, cheap supermarkets and a bike tour along The Creek, but this is no touristy area - audience is almost 100% men

+ low price + washing machine available + the pods are dampening the acoustics of snorers better than simple bunk beds do + pods are quite well equipped with socket, light, towel, good mattress and a locker + A/C (but be warned, it is quite cold) + no bureaucracy, no hassle, check in with a code + clean + audience was more of the interesting kind

Great location, surrounded by restaurants and so much to do. Brand new pods with individual projector to watch Netflix!!! AC, access to a washer and dryer and clean water to refill your bottles. Best cost benefit in the area And great host.
