The room was very noisy. We were staying on the second floor and the noise of music and construction around the hotel was so loud we couldn't sleep properly.

Breakfast buffet was great. Check in and check out was seamless. Staff by the pool were soo attentive and made us feel soo comfortable especially hamza, we would watch him with others and our own experience with him he deserves a pay rise!

there is problem in the AC though they tried to fixed it but still the problem is still there.

The resort is exceptional! The room is huge with more sofas and chairs. I love it! It has balcony over viewing the beach and the entire gold course. the facilities are clean and what i like most is that their staffs are really attentive to the guest's needs. I had amazing experience in this hotel and would like to come back soon.

It's such a beautiful hotel. The rooms, the bathroom, and the whole area are so breathtaking. The property is very well taken care of. The staff are really friendly. There are so many activities to do. Loved the pool, and my daughter enjoyed the adventure pool. Can't wait to go back again. Beach is very clean but not rough. Perfect hotel for a family staycation.

We were staying on a half board basis and didn’t like being limited to 200dhs per person for either lunch or dinner, this was not expected and also overheard other guests who also shared the same expectation, we were expecting no limit. Would’ve appreciated being made aware of this at the time of booking which may have made us change our mind when it came to our staycation. Upon check out, we had asked front desk on two separate occasions if we were able to redeem lunch with our half board before leaving and was told yes. However we were misinformed and were disappointed to find out that we had to pay once we had already eaten and the bill had arrive. Hotel rectified this and apologised for the misinformation and lunch was on the house. Would’ve just appreciated the right information to save the embarrassment and left the hotel on a bit of a downer.

Staff were exceptional, polite and service was top notch. Staff were attentive and were always going above and beyond to meet our needs. Rooms were stunning and massive We travelled for our mini moon and were met with a lovely cake in our room and surprise dessert at dinner. We spent most of our days at the sunset lounge and were blown away by the staff each day who made it more personalised and even remembered our names and previous orders.

We couldn’t get a restaurant reservation as it was so busy which was really disappointing the 2 times we ate in Azure the food was very mediocre for the price

Quite pricey for Ras Al Khaimah; accommodation and f&b. Not sure its best value for money.

Everything was great. Staff are very welcoming. Beach and pool were great. Room was massive. Breakfast was generous and there’s a good selection of restaurants.

Lexington grill is not what it used to be, there was nothing extra or exceptional about the meal or experience. Previously, the experience and meal was outstanding and matched the price paid.
