The quality of food in the hotel restaurants (other than breakfast) was a bit hit-and-miss. It was difficult to get around the hotel using the stairs (hard to find!).

We loved this cool and trendy hotel! The architecture and location were stunning. Breakfast was fantastic - with choices from every continent available - and freshly made to order. The room (Fantastic king suite) was spacious and luxurious, with a view of Yas Marina - and I would definitely book the room again. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Everything was perfect!

Perfectly located inside the circuit, the hotel is very modern and elegant. The rooms are quite big, with plenty of facilities. The hotel offers several restaurants and bars with excellent food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was a circuit for foodies, offering a variety of recipes from around the world, catering to every taste. Must try the circuit cars, the adrenaline rush is envigorating!

Pool is tiny. In any case it was closed when we were staying due to the storm which isn't their fault. Casual dining options for a snack outside of the room were limited.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were initially put in a room that was very noisy with thumping club music heard. I called down and they immediately sent someone up to move us. Valets/concierge were also super friendly and the lovely cleaning staff made us pretty towel arrangements with flowers, I think his name was Jibu. There is the sound from the racetrack but it didn't really bother us!

I didn't realize there would be a Formula One race track literally right outside our window with racing cars till ten in the evening. I like my hotel rooms to be quiet and good for sleep.

To start with check in counter had only 1 person and so we had to wait for a while.. he spoke so fast to explain what all amenities and facilities are there that we kept insisting him to repeat. We thought that it was hard only for us but even the other people felt this way.. for a high end hotel he had quite questionable English and it was so hard to communicate for e.g if he had to ask D.O.B he would just say year? Year? Repeatedly.. for switching the A.C on or off you need to leave your bed there's no control of a.c near the bed or remote.. so If you're uncomfortable with the temperate at night.. no choice but to keep getting out of your bed.. its not one of those resorts wherein customer comfort is priority.. its more like any commercial hotel.. check in stay check out and thats it.. ive stayed at much better properties on Yas for lesser prices.. maybe you should reconsider this hotel considering its very average for the exorbitant price.. don't even get me started on the SPA prices.. RIDICULOUS to begin with.. and not like their spa services are top in the city but only in the pricing..

It was an average experience overall.. I wouldn't say it was bad at all.. what I liked is the courteous housekeeping Staff.. even the customer care whenever you dial they are ready to assist you immediately.. food is great.. I loved their breakfast buffet..

The hospitality of the staff is beyond excellent, they made sure we had the most amazing stay ever! All of the personnel had a very personal approach and went as far as surprising us with rose petals on the bed. The facility itself is incredible, the lights really make it stand out at night and the wet deck embraces the mood of the stay which is relaxation and intimacy. The room is clean, big and has a nice balcony on the racetrack. Bonus points for the bathtub and shower that lets you use both streams of water at the same time!

Room service is overpriced (even for the industry standards), but the quality and delivery speed are good. Expect the constant airplane noise. Our 3-year-old boy was not feeling well during the evening, so we asked the concierge for a thermometer. At first, we were told that they would send one over in a few minutes and then we were called back and told that they had no thermometer we could borrow (or buy). A bit strange considering that not long ago, during the pandemic, you couldn't take a step without someone pointing a thermometer at you....maybe the one they had ran out of battery : )

We are repeating guests of the W Hotel on Yas. The one-bedroom suite is always clean and in good shape. Staff friendly and professional. The Saturday brunch is one of the best in AUH.
