The beach is far from the villa, facilities are limited

Great staff, very good service, I would like to thank Sufyan, the food service lady Daksha, and the entire staff. The breakfast is great, the food service is very good. The villa is clean.

One thing that i dislike that the price rate difference is high between 2 person and 3 person villa, even though its the same villa.

No sauna , steam room or cold plunge. Gym wasn’t working was unfortunate.

The privacy. The service very fast and efficient. Felt like I had the whole property to myself. Beach was amazing and clean. Room has so many nice spots. Definitely coming back

The hotel is quite shabby, ocean view villas lack beach access (you'll have to climb the rocks to get to the sea or have a long trip around the hotel). A lot of construction works around the hotel.

The hotel is very green, the villas provide privacy. Food is food. When you are inside the villa - everything is almost OK. Buy do not try to go the beach or wander around - you won't like what you see. The management and the stuff are friendly and ready to assist.

The response time of staff to follow up on requests was very very slow, at first we thought maybe it was for that one instance but over the course of our stay every request took us to follow up and took a lot of time

The only thing that would be great to improve is the breakfast. To have some more choices that are gluten and dairy free, or known that they are there, would be amazing as it is a little restricting. When using room service this is catered for so well it was great. So only the breakfast knowledge of options. Everything else is always amazing.

This has become one of my favorite places to stay for relaxation, complete peace, comfort and a great nights sleep. It is firmly on the top of my list and have come 3 different times already, thank you 🙏🏼

For me it’s the best place for a staycation in the UAE. The Ritz Carlton RAK is a stunning seaside retreat! The beachfront tents are true havens, complemented by the helpful, smiling staff. Pure paradise!

Limited places to hang wet clothes. QR code menu did not match the menu provided at Shore House.

Outdoor space is excellent. Room set up is spacious and of good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The curtains did not close all the way. The one door to the backyard that allowed access back in, was not working. Once reported, was not fixed. Dinning options could be better.

The staff were all very friendly, they wanted to take care and make sure you had a good time. Especially Gopal, very caring and friendly. The outside premises of the rooms were good, very green and relaxing.

The blinds on the curtain is next to ac vent so they make noise throughout if your ac is on. Best way is to keep it half way closed and not fully closed which we learned the second day. We informed about it to the manager as well and he assured us to look into it.

If you are looking to have a relaxed beach vacation and some privacy, this is the resort. Everything was amazing. Villa is perfect for laid back holiday. Everything was well kept and maintained. Pool is good to relax. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Will come back for sure.

The only issue was the villas are a little dated and the light buttons are cumbersome.

The resort is nice. The service is very good, and that’s what I appreciate. Husnain in room service, Zubair in engineering were very good and efficient. And Maaz in management was so great. Amr and Salesh in the food services were so very helpful. Both very welcoming and accommodating. Amr was so nice with our kids. Julie and shivraj at front desk were kind and helpful. I was in Villa 3, it’s close to the restaurant and has a door at The beach for more privacy, but at night due to the open area restaurant nearby has noise and smoke. The outside of the villas is very nice. Huge space. Serene and relaxing

something small and stupid; we drove up from Dubai - we got our car returned to us super dirty as it was parked outside, bird poop on it, leaves etc - a quick hose down would have bypassed that -

the place was fantastic, we were there for new Year eve - lucky us it turned out that RAK broke 2 new world records that night. The staff were all great, from Omar the manager to Mario at the reception, i wish i could remember everyone's name to thank them. loved the serenity and the seclusion of it all, will definitely be returning
