The building is not prepared for extreme rain. Staff, on the other hand are more than trained to provide with excellent service even in such unfortunate circumstances.

The staff is very friendly and understanding. Costumer attention is detailed and spot on. The level of service is exactly as expected from a properly of such category. The hotel did the best to accommodate all clients’ needs during the huge storm that hit Abu Dhabi during my stay.

We booked our stay to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel made it really special. We got an upgrade which was so lovely. The staff were all so kind and helpful. From the concierge team, Ousman who helped with our luggage to the Mexican lady at the reception Ximena* . The staff at Sorso and the all day dining restaurant were so lovely and offered Service with smile . The guest rooms were clean with all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon 😀

My expectations have definitely been exceeded by Li Jiang. I was very impressed with the food, which was absolutely delicious, and the service team was extremely friendly and courteous. As well as the breakfast buffet, which provides a variety of choices.

Whilst the air conditioning in the room was sufficient, it could have been a bit stronger.

There was nothing we didn’t like, the hotel had everything you could want and the service was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had lots amenities. We stayed in a club room with lounge access. The choice of food and drink in the lounge was very good. The staff in the lounge were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, special mention to Prabhu, Joseph and Michael, they went over and above. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi.

There was an uncomfortable odor coming from the hallway leading to my room. The Ritz Hotel must have air fresheners, like other large hotels. The reception should be more lively and full of life. Check-in and check-out procedures are relatively slow.

The hotel is spacious and beautiful, and its location is relatively good. I thank the reception team, Mohammed and Omar, as they dealt with my comments about the slowness of checkout procedures with professionalism.

The AC system is a big old , taking long hours to cool the room

The team hospitality was beyond expectations, I ask for some romantic arrangement before arrival and they arranged it in beautiful way , early check in and our room was ready upon arrival! The breakfast was one of the best I ever had in many hotels around the world , many options, variety of diets are considered. Gold from the front desk was super nice and supportive. For family with kids , they would love the pool , beach and kids area. Most importantly, the soundproofing is great though you are close to airport but you hardly hear any noise.

We love this place! Its our Oasis for calm and stress free days away from beautiful Dubai. My Family and I are in love with the hospitality, quality of Restaurants, and the entire staff of the Hotel (specially FION) are simply incredible. I can deeply recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or with Family. We are 5 (42, 37, 12, 9, 5) and each and single of us finds exactly whats needed for the ultimate relaxing experience during our stay. We all leave sad but filled with joy and energy!

But for the fact that this is a luxury hotel, there was a flimsy coffee machine inside the rooms. No Nespresso etc. Spa is overpriced. You have to pay to use certain facilities that would usually be free.

Good rooms and good view. The staff was amazing with our food requirements and diet plan.
