Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

KuwaitI didn't like that there is only 4 parkings for the whole hotel.. the facilities are minimum .. so it worth to only stay for sleeping and finding a clean place. I didnt like that they dont offer water for free .. at least they should offer 1 bottle daily for free... the hotel location in Diera is very crowded everyday to go to new Dubai.. if my outings are mostly in new Dubai.. I would not book hotel in Diera.. becuase whatever i will save in hotel nights will be consumed from taxi or time during rash hours...
I like how the room and bathroom was clean and comfy. there was no smell in tge room. The matress and bed were acceptable.. the bathroom was not narrow.. there was a prayer mat.. I like that the room over view a balcony however the over view was not a nice view but it is open to a wide sight with no near buildings becuase of the existence of empty parking over view.. I like that it is behind the mall directly.. The staff are nice and not disturbing me and whenever I need any thing they are very quick and responding my request... shorrly it worth the money... The AC was amaaaaaaaazing and very cold and no smell. There is a mosque infront of the hotel.. 1 min walk.. both shifts securities are very helpful and nice... Also for tge receiption staff..
