Very nice hotel, room specifically with swimming pool-amazing. Very beautiful chilled view. Rooms are clean, and looking good. Very good service. The beach is so nice. Breakfast- a lot of choices, European, Arabic style. You can choose anything for your taste. Thank you for having us.

The room missed a few things you'd expect in a 5* hotel like a coffee machine. The manual door lock was broken so we just turned the knob to close the door. It could still be accessed with a master key from outside but thankfully no one tried to come in. Pool was unsatisfactory because people were swimming in their clothes despite the rule signboard saying it's not allowed.

The beach is amazing. Its clean & organized. The sea water & the view at the beach were spectacular. The room was good. It was super clean & organized. Overall it was a comfortable room and I was happy to stay in it. Breakfast was good. It covered all the basics like an omlette station, crepe station and waffle station plus some fruits and hot foods.

Firstly the food at Cinnamon was quite mediocre, it was quite bland and not the best. There were some staff who were very friendly and helpful but on the other hand there were a few who were rather rude and not too interested. You expect better treatment at a 5*

The property is in a beautiful location and it's very aesthetic, gives the Greece vibe. The room was also quite comfortable and very clean.

The outlet Cinnamon where we had dinner as a group was disappointing. It was an Arabian food night and the BBQ chicken was raw and the spread of the buffet was ordinary for the price demanded.

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The staff at the Breeze bar where we watched football were super.

"The pool in our villa 56 is too cold, and unfortunately, it is not controlled as we were told. However, the other pool has a controlled water temperature and is good. The breakfast has many options, including Asian, International, Indian, and Arabic cuisine. My family is enjoying eating at Cinnamon Restaurant. We booked a three-bedroom villa, and all the rooms exceeded our expectations. They were spacious and comfortable. The swamp water is now almost clean compared to my previous stay. I want to mention the check-in counter staff member (whose name I forgot). He supported us by allowing us to check in early since we arrived a little before check-in time. I explained to him that I had three seniors and two children with me, and they needed to rest since we were traveling from Dubai, UAE. Additionally, I would like to thank all the staff from the cleaning department and accommodation support. They helped us with some kitchen tools and delivered anything we requested. Thank you for giving my family a unique experience celebrating Christmas at your hotel. We will definitely return."

The buffet dinner at Cinnamon on Saturday, which was an Arabic theme, was pretty average. The BBQ Chicken was not fully cooked.

Location of the hotel is very good. Staff at the breeze bar were very polite, professional and attentive, as we watched a game of football there.

Hey ! The property is beautiful but the hospitality was not up to the mark. The crew at cinnamon needs to be friendly and needs to be smiling. We felt were not welcomed when we went there for dinner buffet and the manager Mr Karim didn’t have a smile on his face . Had to wait 20 mins for drinks order to come in. It was our wedding anniversary and I had asked if cake can be arranged but was been told we have to inform before. I agree I missed to inform but just small Pastry with a note would have made our day special.

The shower was quite prickly even after adjusting the pressure which led to the bathroom full of water...

we were lucky to get a temperature controlled private pool and that was the best part of our holiday...we really enjoyed the Pool and Foosball...also the breakfast and in-room dining service... the villa was spacious too...the service and staff were a definite positive side of the whole stay...

The service in the buffet restaurant was very slow every day. One time it took me 15 minutes to get an orange juice, staff wondering around taking orders but not actually getting the drink itself. I stood up twice to ask again and they told me to sit down but didnt bring the drink! This area really stood out that it needs work, We also had an issue whereby as we shared a villa with other guests who we did not know one evening a guest locked the main door to the villa which took 10 minutes for reception to call them to open it as we couldn't access the villa. I think it would be advisable then upon check in guests staying in villas are told not to lock the main door if they are co-sharing with other guests.

Pools were great, pool bar services were great. We had a room with its own pool which was great. This is around the 5th time I have stayed at the cove in a villa.

The food at cinnamon buffet at dinner and at breakfast was not very fresh like it used to be.. the fruit salads and regular salads were not fresh at all. Food variety was more earlier (there was no desserts in breakfast, only banana breads and english cake?
