First day we were settled in room with road view. It was very noisy, but we were tired after flight. Next morning I've asked to change the room, so was done immediately. Thanks to service. we've got big and clean room with sea view. Breakfasts was good enough.

When we ask for the towels going to the beach, the attendant didn't gave us any but instead he informed us to take our room towel and use it there. So we went to the reception and raise this concern, after that the attendant gave us the beach towels in a rude way.

The food in the buffet was terrible, it was nowhere close to a 5 star hotel buffet, bland, raw, badly cooked and just terribly bad. Further, the hotel caters to a lot go Russian audience who are extremely rude and disrespectful. We had two confrontations that left a really bad taste. And the overall hotel vibe is quite outdated.

It was clean the staff we very courteous, the location and amenities were good! The spa services are also very good.

Breakfast -Whenever I came, it was poor. Most of the pots and plates were empty (whether it was 8 a.m. or 9 or 10). The meal selection isn't sufficient for a long vacation. There was no decent coffee and no sweets at the breakfast. Seems like all coffee was just instant one. Cleaning- It is the first time in my life when my room hasn't been cleaned even once for 4 days of staying! I was outside most of the day coming only to sleep, and no one has ever come to me to clean the room (even with "please clean up" button on! Pool - the water is too cold to enjoy it. That's why it's never occupied Beach- old sun lounges (partly broken) and really hard to get even one. Some people put their towels on it in the morning and never come till the lage evening, that was quite annoying. Electricity points - no points near the bed

The staff was very friendly and the guys were always ready to help (especially the team at the check in desk). Helped me with early check in and late check out without any extra fees. The hotel has its own beach and that's the main advantage of the hotel. The price was affordable. The hotel is completely fine for a short term vacation I've had.

Underground parking Entry and exit point was too narrow. Beach and pool staff seems underpaid as were least bothered what customer service is about(mainly night staff) Their answer was mostly in NO and no intension to help.

Reception staff(lady with glasses) and manager was real help as they arranged twin bed room on request and let me check out late. Great beach with white sand. Room was quite big.The bell boy was copperative too

Food- Only Continental. No Asian/Indian Buffet- Less said about it better. Not befitting a Five Star Resort. Fruits and Vegetables are not fresh but appeared to be tinned Food. Mainly Beef was served. Much to improve on this front. AC Was not working or upto the mark.

Not clear with the sauna. It was said that only one was working, steamed sauna was closed, but in my last day, it worked. Nobody said, that the road in front of the hotel is under construction during the visit.

the main problem around the hotel was the construction of the road which made it difficult easy access to hotel I believe that people who are living in the facility definitely need some small shop for ordinary item to buy, and i haven't found anything around

They have few parking places in the basement, but it is difficult to use it. The outside parking is also limited.

We were upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite, which was great. The beach is good. The hotel looks nice inside, however, it is built on a small land. Room cervice was good. They provide all what I needed.

beach staff (lifeguard and towel reception) as you are only allowed one towel per day, and you aren't allowed to take it inside, so if you want to get wet twice per day, you should leave your towel out there and they expect you to come back later and figure out where it's or how clean it's!
