Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is excellent. Easy to reach and very close to the best mall in RAK The room was good with a spacious bathroom.

However, during our recent stay, we faced some issues. Upon check-in, Mr. Ajay assigned us a room that was smelly and poorly cleaned. After requesting a change, we had to wait nearly an hour to be relocated to another room, which still didn't match the quality of our previous stays. Disappointed with the experience this time.

United KingdomThe only thing that affected me was the carpet in the room or in the hallway. It could do a cleaning other than that everything is 8 out of 10. Oh it can be noisy at night time. If you are a light sleeper as they have nightclub downstairs I had to use earplugs to get some sleep /not very good.
The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

Nice room, loved it's mood due colours and the view even from the sunny bathroom. Windows were clean to allow to enjoy the view. Even loved the corridors and elevator. Staff, especially room service and cleaning personnel I interacted more with, were pleasant.

CanadaBreakfast was not a buffet because there were insufficient guests at the hotel. Room small for eating. We had to eat in the lobby, with only 1 cup of coffee. Various rooms were somewhat smokey.
Good value for money. The city is quite spread out with no specific city center. Location was okay, across from a mall and near bus routes.
