Expensive food, especially that the breakfast is not offered inclusive of room rent, but was available at a cost half of the room rent for the two of us.

The location is excellent. Easy to reach and very close to the best mall in RAK The room was good with a spacious bathroom.

They ask you to deposit cash on reception when you check in. That was strange & i feel uncomfortable with it.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived with my family, we were greeted friendly and very welcoming staff who made us feel right at home.

We've been frequent guests at this hotel, and usually, the staff is cooperative and accommodating, meeting our needs and requests. However, during our recent stay, we faced some issues. Upon check-in, Mr. Ajay assigned us a room that was smelly and poorly cleaned. After requesting a change, we had to wait nearly an hour to be relocated to another room, which still didn't match the quality of our previous stays. Disappointed with the experience this time.

bathroom has water leakage, and the room card is not working, we need to call reception or staff each time we come inside the room, reception say they will fix but we waited for long until midnight

The only thing that affected me was the carpet in the room or in the hallway. It could do a cleaning other than that everything is 8 out of 10. Oh it can be noisy at night time. If you are a light sleeper as they have nightclub downstairs I had to use earplugs to get some sleep /not very good.

The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

Nice room, loved it's mood due colours and the view even from the sunny bathroom. Windows were clean to allow to enjoy the view. Even loved the corridors and elevator. Staff, especially room service and cleaning personnel I interacted more with, were pleasant.

Breakfast was not a buffet because there were insufficient guests at the hotel. Room small for eating. We had to eat in the lobby, with only 1 cup of coffee. Various rooms were somewhat smokey.

Good value for money. The city is quite spread out with no specific city center. Location was okay, across from a mall and near bus routes.

Meager breakfast. Comfortable for those who have a car. There is no transfer to the beach (beach is quite far away).

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was good, all clean. There were enough toiletries in the bathroom. No problem with drinking water, was also enough in the room. Overall is good for the money
