It is located right next door to a nightclub so from midnight to 3 am we had no sleep . It was extremely noisy. Our room had a view from the entrance of the hotel which is where all the night clubbers gathered . I reccomend getting a room on the pool side.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool area is gorgeous. We had a very relaxing stay .

The chicken from the buffet dinner, which I tried one night, was tough.

Splendid room, even the basic one. I recommend the bathtub and walk in shower. The pool is amazing though a tad shallow, so not for dedicated swimmer.

Breakfast cooking station was poor on day 1. The room service menu was good and well priced. However, the quality of the food was low, our food was greasy and undercooked. Breakfast was better on day 2.

Sunbeds, especially cabanas are limited.weekends especially difficult with visitors paying for 'pool days' and probably getting preference to cabanas over hotel guests. The noise from excessive amounts of jet skis playing around just in front of the pool just kills off the luxury ambiance. !

The room was huge with a Fabolous bathroom, balcony and view. Breakfasts had almost everything you could want. And, thee pool itself is a real gem.

Firstly, I would like to thank the reception staff, especially Mohamed. I have full cooperation in resolving the problem. The receptionist, Habi, was quick to check in, and the receptionist, Samir, was very hospitable. All the employees are remarkably helpful, which is different from other hotels I have visited in the Emirates. Only valet parking was available (it’s free though) so it will take some time to get in and out of the hotel. Location was a bit far from city center.

Room and bathroom are spacious. Bath tub was clean and comfortable too. Infinity pool is huge enough that u don’t feel crowded. Recommended for those who only want to stay in the hotel throughout their stay.

We booked a suite room, unfortunately the room located above a cafe inside the Hotel, the music was a bit annoying during the night.

Breakfast was good but not great. Bread and pastry definitely can be improved. Minor but bothersome electric problem in the room (bath light wouldn't go off and couldn't be fixed). Swimming pool very noisy until evening.

Great location. Close enough to the city without the traffic and noise.
