The food was not great and the breakfast and the service (where you need to stand in line for your coffee) is a bit weird.

Room was big and comfortable, the staff was helpful. The pool bar and music was amazing.

Everything was very very nice. The staff the cleanliness. In the reception on check in day Mr Medhat a very courteous and considerate receptionist received me, he is very attentive and clever and high cultured. The concierge was quick and very polite. Room servoce was quick and very attentive. Special thanks to one of them Mr. Montaser. The gym is marvelous. The spa is so joyable. The gym is excellent equipped with sophisticated equipments, all in a perfect working condition and Thanks to Mr Mohammad-Ali the gym and spa supervisor who gave us a detailed tour and received us very attentively. The swimimg pool is very clean and all staff around it including the pool bar and life guards are very nice and kind. The beach was extremely pleasant too. Not to forget the energetic pool DJ ! Oh I forgot to mention the breakfast. Excellent environment with a very clean and proffesional chefs and staff and tasty in every aspect. Very diverse for every different taste. The second day of my stay was my birthday and guess what? When I returned to my room from pool in the evening a beautiful birthday cake was waiting for me on the table as a sweet surprize for me! The pool area is cramped to each other, no male and female signs on the bathrooms, only words and some people couldn't read the signs. Children activities felt limited.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the room design is also nice. The breakfast was great and the pool snacks were good especially the pizza was delicious. The beach area is done properly and is accessible. The gym is worldclass. The dinner food was relatively ok. Entertainment by Oussama was fun and he engaged with the very diverse mix of guests. Kareem and Mohammed from F&B were friendly and welcoming, they provided great service.

The roles is very bad when I have all inclusive and my villa is so far from the resturant I called them to get me some coffee they said it’s chargeable in the room so I have to walk more than 300 meters to get cup of coffee also fresh juice is not included and alcohol is included while me and my family not drink it how comes ? Also popcorn and cotton candy for the kids not included how also comes ? And snacks between the meals it’s only ice cream

The location is very quiet , the beach is very nice and the sea is fantastic with nice swimming spot without rocks or rough sand.

The music at the pool was very loud and unnecessary. The staff were good but service in the Italian was a bit hit and miss. Things took a while to come out, then everything happened at once.

The rooms are very big with a lovely view. The happy hour on the roof top was great.

The timing of 6.30 pm as closing time to use the beach and pool is too early. Hoping to have the pool open till late night, at the very least, would be great. Looking forward to this.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The location is great and the hotel is clean. We love the beach as the water is clean and pristine. Very relaxing. We'll definitely return here.

Rooms services was friendly, but didn't understand requests. Daily pool aerobics and music was overbearing and distressing.

The kids club should be open for kids during the day and the smell inside of the kids club is just something to work on.

Got upgraded to sea view room upon check in which was really a nice surprise as I celebrated my birthday, and received a nice piece of cake. Loved the pool area and beach. Breakfast is great, enough choices for everyone. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good atmosphere by the pool and animation activities. In room service was great.
