Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Saudi ArabiaThe egyption staff in the front desk was woth bad attitude. I spent time in the reception when i arrived because he kept insisting asking me to pay 2000 grantee!!! I told him to empty mini bar. But he still ask me for that with no reason. When i asked him why i should pay.. He said i may damage the room!!!! Then the manger came and asked me to put 200 derham only cash as grantee. This person was on duty 16 of may thursday I think he should not be on the front desk. Because this entry reflect the hotel all. The beach was too turbid with small fishes biting. The phone in the room has no housekeeping or services number!!! Every time i should call te operator for assisting me which is too load. I think the rate of this hotal will be downgradesd and the bigg boss should sens a secret shopper to the hotel to review the process of service.
Every thing was Perfect The manager forkan was very helpful. He solved some issues i was suffering of. Pools were amazing. Rooms clean

United KingdomWe were there for 5 nights but were not eligible for one complimentary meal at the a la carte restaurant. I also didn’t realise that my booking was myself only and had to pay extra for my husband for the all inclusive package which I was really upset by.
Everything. Mary Jane upgraded all of us to suites on the 30th floor with sea view rooms which were absolutely fantastic. All inclusive was amazing.

SwitzerlandCrowds in the restaurant, no access to one of the restaurants during Ramadan (evening), sunbeds occupied with towels during the day, but no people. 95% of guests were from the former CIS countries, and it was sad to see very often not the best manners: attitude to the staff, occupied sunbeds with towels, and food left on plates in restaurants.
