Super welcoming and nice personnel, super smooth check in and thanks to Marc I got an amazing room with the most beautiful sea view and my very own terrace with sunbeds. An amazing beach with white powdery sand and azure water, super nice courtyard bar with live music in the evening and great drinks. Looking forward to come back!

The one thing that could be added is the food for children and some dish-ware for children

Our room was with pool access, and was located near the main restaraunt and general pool side which was convenient because we were with a kid. There is a small playground as well which is nice if your kid is little.

Wowza!!Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island Resort—off the charts amazing! From the moment we stepped foot in the lobby, we felt like royalty. The staff? Super friendly and always ready to go above and beyond to make sure we were having the time of our life. The rooms—pure luxury. The decor was beautiful. The views? Jaw-dropping! Oh, and don’t even get me started on our favourite part. The FOOD!! We ate like a kings every single day—so many delicious options to choose from. And the cherry on top? The beach! Stayed at the property in 2019 feel like the standards have slightly slipped but in general I just think now that the hotel is not value for money,compared to other hotels in this area.

We really loved our family stay. Everything was perfect for both children and adults. The employees are friendly, smiling, really care and they guided us when we needed it. The restaurants offer delicious fresh meals and various drinks for all. All facilities are maintained and the super pools too. Good activities too for everyone. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. We really thank all the staff who made our stay a unique moment!

Very family hotel. Excellent staff. We were checked in after a night flight ahead of time. It was very pleasant. The room category has been upgraded. The receptionist Accem always helped us. The concierge helped with all the bookings. I didn't remember his name, but he's from Nepal) The room was always clean thanks to Iinky. We dream of coming back again!

there is some kind of smell in the closet (only in one part closer to the window, perhaps after other guests), which has now spread to all my things, it’s very bad. I need to clean the closet

These remarks might seem not significant , however we felt like a hotel as premium as Rixos shouldn’t have overlooked them as the expectations increase with the experience. The weather was fairly cold however the water in the pool and kids water park wasn’t temperature controlled. given that kids are more prone to cold, the water at the water park should be warm at all times. We were fairly surprised that the TV inside the rooms are very old and not even smart with very dated cable channels. Other competitors provide end of the line smart TV with pre-installed and logged in entertainments platforms. We asked for an HDMI cable since the room has an HDMI outlet, the hotel doesnt provide that.

Our stay at Rixos has predominantly exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, especially Melikov who ensured we have an amazing first impression by granting us a free upgrade to a suite and lunch when we just missed it. The facilities were superb and suits all ages and the entertainment options are multiple. The food was really good especially at Mermaid & L’Olivo restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful by all standards, luxurious. Everyone is eager to serve and assist you in a friendly manner. The rooms are clean, and everything is excellent. The managers are nice and cooperative with the guests. I made a mistake in the booking, and they handled it in a wonderful way. Great place for kids Staying for two days, of course, is not enough. I highly recommend everyone to visit this beautiful resort.
