This stay was simply amazing! There is NOTHING to improve due to lovely, clean rooms, perfect breakfast & a tasty dinner at the bonfire! We loved all the staff who was awesome, helpful and friendly. We'd love to come back some day!

This is an amazing place🤩🤩🤩 First time I’m staying in a dome house and so perfect experience! All corresponds to the declared: design is so fine and relaxing, natural materials and that private small pond is a corner of heaven 😍 Wanna to admit that all the staff were so nice and caring. Big thanks to Adil (best driver and photographer 😋), Guru (amazing food service and extremely delicious smoothies!), Qamar and Hassan for fast service and help any time of the day 🙏🏼👏🏼🤝🏻

If you love nature there is nothing about this resort you will not like as it's the perfect place to be

I will say it's camping with exceptional experience. You can't be more relaxed, this experience is amazing as the staff qRe pretty much coordinate. Thanks to MR. Murtaza was one of the staff that made my stay acquisitive.

It was gorgeous, the interior design was beautiful, the view was magnificent. Overall it was lovely. The little pool or hot tub is heated, so it was so nice to sit it and relax. We were able to do the DIY barbecue in the evening which was great, the food was delicious and it was a lot of fun cooking by the fire. Hassam, Raafat, Adil and Guru were all amazing and so so helpful, they really made the stay exceptional for us.

The domes are quite near to each other, but it didn't bother us.

Very unique experience in the UNESCO site of Jebel Hafit Desert Park. Very organized, with a lot of things to do, and archaeological sites within the park. The dome was spotless clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast at the activity hub was really good. Assistance from Qamar, Ali and Asfand was excellent. Thank you very much for the perfect experience.

Completely our fault for going so late in April. Was way too hot to do anything from 10am-5pm. Am sure would be much much nicer in winter. Water in the shower didn't drain well because it's not sloping enough so smelt a bit damp. The WiFi is a little slow so couldn't get through to reception/reservation line when we needed to get them to pick us up a couple of times. It is a fairly remote place and we wanted to unplug and digitally detox anyway so it wasn't a big deal but just for reference.

Staff were lovely, always checking in on us, quite quick to respond when alerted of issues such as problems with WiFi. Can't remember our drivers' names and reception staff (maybe rafaat?) but they also helped show us some of the best spots for a photo and obligingly took them too. Food was good especially given location. Pastries in the morning were yum and there was too much food generally. Guru and team were very friendly. Think it would be better if you had your own car, but we didn't and it was still ok, they picked us up and took us round when we needed. It's a good place to digital detox with mostly self guided walks/biking

Absolutely loved our stay at Pura Eco Retreat, we rented the dome which was stunning and we had a delicious breakfast spread. The attentive staff, including Pradeep, Guru, and Hassan, enhance the experience with their hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease amidst the tranquil surroundings. The breakfast, served against the desert backdrop, was a culinary delight, showcasing local flavors. Pura Eco Retreat is the perfect sanctuary to unwind and reconnect with nature, thanks to its eco-conscious ethos and attentive team. Highly recommended for a memorable retreat experience.

We requested dining in our lodge for the breakfast and it took over two hours (and a follow up call) for the food to be delivered finally. Although several drivers passed directly by our lodge throughout the morning to collect other guests and drive them, we were told there had been no driver to bring the food order before we called to inquire why our order was so late. If there are problems with driver shortages, I would expect to be told that when ordering, as we would have opted to go to the restaurant area ourselves (or requested a driver to collect us - as they were doing that for others). Otherwise a great stay!

Location was great and very quiet. Private lodge was perfect and spacious, and the food at the dining area was excellent at dinner time - an Iftar-timed BBQ with many choices (except sadly not so many vegetarian options that night), with a wonderful atmosphere for eating.

We were not happy that the driver was not there in the morning, even though we had agreed on a certain time. When we called at the reception, he arrived, but we were 35 minutes late.

Staying in a tent in a desert was a really great experience. The tent is spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The toilets and showers are in wonderful wooden cabins. The whole experience was really nice. The food they prepare is excellent. Special thanks goes to mr. Abishek who is the most friendly and nicest person.

A few more signs for the foot paths would be great. And a mini fridge in accommodation. A big concern were the amount of 🪰 flies. Some sort of fly trap/ fly racquet?? Cause everytime u opened the door 30 flies would come in and you cannot get them out.
