We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMe and all my friends and I booked this hotel as it is located near OllieDaze; I'm sure the staff are aware of this as it is literally a 2-minute drive away. Olliedaze started at 11-midday, but the hotel check-in wasn't until 2 or 3 pm. There didn't even seem to be an 'if the room is ready, you may check-in' option. Seems like the hotel is missing a trick here as in England you can usually pay a little extra to have your room from 12 mid-day. This was very frustrating as we had to go to OllieDaze, then come back at 3 just to check into our rooms, and then back again. Where as our friends who stayed at ollieDaze and other surrounding hotels, were all able to check in early.
The beach and the room were also great, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The food being ordered so late and delivered to my room was a fantastic addition, and the food price was very cheap, too, and the quantity was very high.

Egypt-The door lock of the chalet was old and confusing to open and lock the door. - the sliding window glass door of the chalet was see through windows so there was no privacy unless you close the curtains because anybody passing by from outside can see you inside the chalet.
The location is very good and the staff are very nice and approachable, we stayed there 1 night with our FurBaby in the 1 bedroom chalet in front of the beach … the room was comfortable and the beach bar has very good vibes. It’s one of few Hotels in UAE that it’s Pet friendly and that is a big advantage.

The room was big and spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the balcony had a wonderful sunset view.

A huge thanks to the reservation staff who arranged the cake for my sister's birthday. It really made a difference and a memorable stay. We did not get the chance to use the pool as it was under maintenance due to the recent bad weather conditions. The beach at that time was not good to swim as well. However, we will definitely come back next time and will make sure that the weather will be good and this time we will bring our lovely Chenoo and Boo on our trip!

I like how the “chalet” is nearby the beach and the fact that the pool is temperature controlled. Really enjoyed our stay.
