The entire stay was awesome. the villa was super clean. service was awesome. Jasim the care taker was so kind..he took us to places and was super friendly very helpful staff.

Buggy service was terrible. Called reception multiple times and had to wait for 45 mins, still no buggy service was sent during our checkout. Had to walk up with our stuff instead.

This private villa at Cove Rotana offered a relaxing escape at a good price. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and kept us informed throughout the stay, even though check-in was a bit different from the usual hotel process. The location was fantastic - close to the beach and resort amenities like the pool and gym. We especially enjoyed having access to these facilities for the price of the villa. While the check-in process wasn't typical, the clear communication from the owner made it a smooth experience. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay with easy access to resort amenities!

We like everything

very cozy, large, beautiful villa, with a gorgeous view with two balconies 🥰 I didn’t expect that in life it would be much more beautiful than in the photo, we were greeted hospitably, everyone helped, it’s a 2-minute walk to the sea, everything is nearby, I highly recommend staying here, we We will come again, now this is our favorite place

The extra pillows and blanket didn't smell like they were washed clean. Bathroom/toilet is upstairs.

Great place for family. Mustafa the assistant was very nice and helpful. And of course, we enjoyed the resort facilities too and the beach!

The only thing I can recommend to management is to use cotton bedsheets. That's the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable. But in general, very recommend and will come back there again and again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The cleaning was not perfect but was ok.

The hotel is overall very nice, the villa location is nice, we got informed with everything and details before we check in through the whatsapp, a delegate was waiting for us in the parking to get our stuff and help us also to move our stuff while check out. It's recommended, and I believe I will repeat it.

The weather currently is a bit hot in the region and otherwise everything went very well.

overall our experience was more than expected. Having seen some bad reviews, were a bit confused after booking, but we found that host Ali and cohost Mustafa as wonderful and they gave all information for check-in well in advance and Mustafa received us from the parking itself. The villa have a wonderful water view and would feel like to jump to the water from the terrace. The beach and all resort facilities are so wonderful. Believe the bad ratings are not justified.

some areas of the property seemed to require maintenance or updating. However, these minor shortcomings did not overshadow the overall experience, as the stunning location and comfortable accommodations more than made up for it.

My recent stay at Cove Rotana was an absolute steal! This beachside resort house exceeded all expectations and proved to be worth every Dirham. The stunning views, luxurious accommodation, and impeccable attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience.
