Nothing much.

Room condition is excellent and facilities are all in working condition. Pool is very clean. The duty manager Hassan is a very helpful and knowledgeable person about the facilities, he is very polite assisting all customers fairly. Romash the life guard always is very alert around the pool and friendly colleague.

A few enhancement can make this place perfect: The cleanliness of the bathroom was not good, we asked twice for another balcony chair (only one was available) and the reception guy told us "No Problem" but the chair never arrived, room furniture would benefit from renovation, AC must be renovated too

Easy going place without excessive restrictions, nice view, barbecue area, overall nice place and I would come back.

Morning breakfast buffet didnt include alot of variation Swimming pool need to be more clean...its not dirty but alot of tree leaf in water Need to Renovate the rooms Add more water...only 2 small bottles for 2 people..and each extra small bottle for 6 AED !!

Our recent stay at Palma Beach Resort was delightful. The suite room with the beach view was absolutely amazing, and my wife and little one had a great time enjoying the pool and facilities. The staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be visiting soon.

The Ac cooling air seems bot to be clean and freshly serviced. Sofa needs to be clean amd.seeviced as well, not clean as expected, for the rates Especially for 1 bedroom amd 1 night cost me around 1500 aed . Thank you

The bowling area was crowded maybe because it is eid holiday. There is no easy access to go to the bowling and billiards area we need to pass by the restaurant wherein there is a lot of smoke as it is shisha area.

The night security guy was the rudest ever unless the place was amazing and the other staff were so helpful would have called the police for him

Need a short cut to the restaurants..

Staff at reception (Shiri & Amaan) were very helpful on arrival and when checking out, allowed everything to go smoothly. Room was very comfortable. If we go again I want to stay longer and hopefully when the weather is better, this was the only issue it was a short stay and no time to really relax and enjoy.

We were initially given an old room that needed renovation. Fortunately the staff moved us into a modern room once we asked to move out of the poor room.

Large comfortable room, close to the private beach, pretty buildings around the apartments, helpful staff, nice restaurant with a large variety of good food.
