Pricing at the restaurant was a bit expensive (for the kids) considering the kids consume very little.

Staff friendliness and service-orientated approach was astonishing. We have traveled extensively in the UAE and our stay with the Palace was never experienced anywhere in the UAE.

I liked the view of the room, and the balcony size. the balcony was big and private for those to like to have privacy. I really thank Mr. Ronald in the customer service who gave me a room based on my need. The beach/ pool service is excellent and the staff is very proactive and helpful.

For dinner, I would prefer grilled meat or fish. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any.

The escape from everyday life at this hotel was amazing. Everything was perfect! But of course the hair rubber band in the bathrooms struck me in the heart. Cleanliness is above all expectations, cleaned 2 times a day. The soundproof walls are of course a huge plus. Despite the fact that our neighbors were toddlers, we didn't hear them at all. The staff is maximally friendly and always and in everything ready to help. We will definitely come again!!!!

The breakfast and dinner buffets did not change for the duration of our stay. By the 4th day, we were getting a bit tired of the same food, even though it was delicious. A little variety would have been nice.. The rollaway kids bed was rock hard... Basically like sleeping on the floor for my child, who ended up in the bed anyway because it wasn't comfortable. They asked how we were paying at every meal and refused to charge the room and wanted a deposit to be made. That should have been clear at check in, but we were a large group so the first deposit was used up almost immediately. I have never before had any trouble charging a hotel restaurant bill to the room with anything other than a signature. It felt like they thought we weren't going to pay for our meals or something.. we were asked multiple times by multiple people, and they called our room at 8pm when my kids were asleep already to ask about how we would pay for our lunch earlier in the day... I mean, really? Is there a problem with guests just disappearing without paying their charges? It was very off-putting, especially when they almost woke up my baby about it. I finally told them to charge whatever deposit they wanted but to stop asking me every hour.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the crib was good. It was nice to have a stroller from the hotel and not have to bring ours. The kids club was fun for my kids in the afternoon, and they had plenty to play with while they were there. The pool was warm and clean.

Small territory, poor sun umbrellas on the beach, that need to be moved many times during the day to protect against the sun. Also some rooms have mutual door with the neighborhood room and, as a result - poor soundproofing via this door.

Nice location, delicious food and great restaurant a la carte at the hotel. Also wi-fi is perfect in all hotel's locations incl the beach. The beach is nice as well, no issues with vacant sunbeds.

Live cooking station always empty of staff. Only one restaurant extra from the all day dining but closed for lunch and 2 days a week.

Excellent service, great location, very clean, and good food. We arrived early and didn't expect to be already given an early check in but they did plus they're very generous to give us a room upgrade. Their food is excellent! Variety of breakfast & lunch buffet is good.

The room's external balcony dos not has privacy because there are no partitions between the rooms' balconies.

Food in the main restaurant is limited in variety and could improve in quality.

Hotel is very nice and I liked the most a room we got. it was very spacious and had an amazing sea view. Great balcony to enjoy your coffee with sounds of the waves. Also, all staff is very welcoming and pleasant and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
