How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Parking was literally bad. The parking ground should be made flat to the ground, cleaned and stones to be removed. It was very uncomfortable to park the car. Pool was very small with no inboard facilities. No music or any kind of entertainment in the pool. Drinking water to be provided more as 6 bottles were not sufficient.
Room was spacious and clean. Inboard facilites were very good. Staff was very friendly. Room services were very prompt and available 24/7.

I like your services
Breakfast is normal. We want more items. Only Arabic foods is their . I want more South Indian foods and North Indian foods. Improve yur foods. That is good . One more thing I noticed . Room A/C not cooling . That is it .

1. I didn't get any parking and had to park across the street on the beach 2. some of the cabinets had cracks and peeling paint and handles not working 3. In one of the rooms the water came out rusty whenever we opened it
1. The location is really good, overlooking one of the busiest beaches in the area 2. The staff especially the floor manager/supervisor that was there were really helpful and in some cases going out of their way to assist 3. The kitchen staff were good. I apologize to the Kitchen Manager that was there for giving him a hard time. My wife was pregnant and I think she was irritable and complained bitterly about the kitchen manager, I shouted at him before he. explained his side and then I felt sorry for having shouted at him.

Mr. Ijaz at Reception is an amazing guy. He is really helpful. Our stay was comfortable and we left at 2pm 2 hrs later than usual check out time. Breakfast was worth the amount.

I have requested upper floor but they gave us 6th floor. Rrquested for sea view, but our view is blank wall. Room is not clean, have molds. Toilet water tank is noisy. We ask assistance to use gym equipment and we've waited for 30 minutes but no one came to assist us. Pool water is not treated, too slippery.
Nothing so fancy. Just near to umbrella beach

Roof Top Swimming pool was bit small. TV Cabinet was found broken. Fridge was not cooling properly.
Room and facility was good, View was really good. Food offered in MZ Floor Restaurant was totally worth it for Lunch Buffet. Overall I recommend V-Hotel for a perfect stay.

being a second stay for us after 2 years , something still same and could have been updated like parking (still dusty and raw surface like 2 years before) , but thats not the reason for deciding neither will stay again nor will recommend anyone , the atmosphere in 2nd and 3rd floor make impossible for family stay , i had to encounter ugly fights of halk naked girls in the middle of the lift from the 3rd floor , made our family with children shock and uncomfortable.

Overall value for money is the abiding memory. V hotel is an older premises and it’s a wee bit ‘tatty’ around the edges. There were lots of guests during Eid break but somehow the staff made it all work with plenty of effort. The room service is very prompt and good value- the buffet serving for breakfast lunch and dinner could get a little frantic (best to get in early to get a seat) The location is excellent/ a short walk and you are on the beach There are other more expensive hotels on the area V Hotel is definitely value for money Thanks
