Nothing, as everything was perfect during our stay.

What a wonderful resort. We have stayed for a night and did not want to go home. The staff is so extremely helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a huge variety and eggs are made to order and brought to your table. The pool attendant always welcomes you with a big smile and has the sun loungers ready when he sees you coming towards the pool. The staff at reception and also guest services are of great service as well as the big hand for the concierge staff.

We have booked the room for 2 people and everything in the were arranged for 1 person therefor for everything as towels, dental kit , glass , cup , robs , etc we should call and wait for a long time to be sent to our room ! They should make the infinity pool for adults only as there were so many kids there and wasnt an area to be relaxed !! Instead of club pool they should dedicate infinity pool pool for adults only !

Lots of mosquitoes during the time we were there (January), no comb or toothbrushes in the room (you have to bring your own), Also I had to carry the stroller up some stairs in the outside facilities, and there is no open, covered area. There are many large umbrellas, but they may not be sufficient to protect from the sun's rays sometimes.

The hotel's atmosphere is very suitable for family recreation, and suitable for children. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at Nama Restaurant. The meals were varied and delicious in general, and I would like to thank them for the kind gesture of offering free cake on a special occasion for us, as well as again upon departure.

Food wasn't great, we opted for Half Board and we felt there wasn't a great selection on both dinner and breakfast it was all pretty rubbish so did not feel we had good value for money, We ordered lunch by the pool which was extremely over priced. Life guards round the pool were very rude, not friendly, kept telling the children off. Staff around the kids pool were non existent, I asked for some water he gave 1 bottle when there was 5 of us. Most hotels bring you a bucket with a few bottles, some cups with ice. I had to keep on asking someone to get the staff for drinks. The pool was super quiet nobody around but the staff at the pool were lazy.

Lovely hotel, big garden area, beautiful scenery and beach. Very peaceful. Pools were chilled. Kids club was great the kids made tie dye t-shirts, staff were really friendly towards the children.

I arrived early before the check-in time to meet some friends at the restaurant. I requested to have my car kept at the front, which they accepted. I made this request because my luggage was still in the car. However, when I returned, they had parked the car very far away. I didn't feel respected by the staff; they promised they would keep it at the front, but in the end, they lied. It was not respectful at all.

Food prices are high, breakfast and open buffet at Nama restaurant.

The interior design, amenities, very kind staff, food quality, gardens, it was the best family vacation stay, definitely will visit it again.
