Beautiful resort, very professional and helpful staff, rooms were great and food was good too! I had requested for decor to surprise my husband for his bday and they made sure to fulfill it. We were very happy!

Breakfast and meal options are limited (more continental and European), my 3 year old was hungry at 3pm after checking into the hotel so i had to order a kids pasta for her and a pizza for us since there were not much option of non meat veg diet. (Also pizza and pasta i will not consider them healthy and fresh food option)

My son was blown away on birthday set up and cake provided by the hotel. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Great amenities and foods are delicious. Keep it up!

Ras alkhima Beach was wonderful it's not like Dubai , it's like Mediterranean sea . Hilton staff are so nice make you confertebal . And not much people , direct access to sea .

We have been disappointed with the quality and variety of food served. Last time we stayed here (about 1.5y ago) it was much better, the quality has lowered and variety too - lots of overcooked food, mostly all food is with some sort of sauce (and a lot of sauce), not all dishes available in the restaurants too (for example - in one of the restaurants they had a lot of advertising in the hotel regarding oysters, but when we went and already ordered drinks, we discovered that no oysters available. Several times we have been approached not in a nice way by hotel staff serving sweets - they approach the kid directly, give the sweet to the kid and try to make a photo of the kid without even asking us!!! this was very annoying - and actually is against the law. I had to always look around to see if they will try to do it again, instead of eating and relaxing! We will bring this separately to the hotel management, as this is unacceptable!

We stayed in the villa with two beds, the room was great, clean, and comfy, but it would be nice to have a selection of pillows, as the ones in the room were not suitable for us. The staff were mostly nice and helpful, apart from those trying too approach our kid and make picture (I guess for their social media).

Be careful people of the 'all inclusive' tag, because it most certainly isn't, you get cheaper booze only, and only a miniscule 'allowance' small enough to buy a MacDonalds burger with ... for all food items and you are restricted to the buffet service only. This should be amde much more visible when booking by the agents ....

Rooms in main part of hotel need updating. No hot water in the shower for 3 out of 4 days, not what you expect from 5 star hotel. Food and drinks expensive especially soft drinks.

The staff was very friendly. Food on breakfast and dinner was good. We had a half meal plan and the option were good. The hotel is big and amazing, with a lot of people but you didn't feel that.

The dinner menu can be improved in the Kitchen. There were limited items in the buffet.

We liked the room which was on the ground floor with gardens and easy access to the pool and beach. The staffs were cordial, Breakfast was awesome with plenty of varieties of food. Pool experience with my baby was great! Overall loved it and will come back again whenever get a chance.

Certain areas can do with an update

Outstanding incredible service from the moment you arrive. Spent a short break here away from Dubai so we are used to high standards of hospitality. Ignore the negative comments on the reviews. The main restaurant is a busy buffet restaurant what do you expect. If you want personal pampering go fine dining. The food is plentiful adequate and of a reasonable standard. Great value for money.
