Unfortunately property doesn’t have access to the sea. And we were in a rooms 2118, 2116, right above the pub with live band that was going on till early morning .

Coffee machine in room didn't work. It would be useful to have the option of having the sofa bed made up on arrival.

I booked a standard room for us and the kids but when I went I realized that the kids had to sleep on a sofa bed. If my kids were bigger they would definitely not fit there.

Location in relation with the theme parks, design. Tickets included in the stay made this a super deal.

Would have been nice to of been able to check in straight away having two small children.

Honestly absolutely amazing!! I traveled with my husband, 2.5 year old & 4.5 month old. Our room was very spacious and we had the sofa bed up & a travel cot. The pool was amazing and that’s where we spent most of our time!! It was perfect for our son!! He was in there ALL day. Pool bar staff were great, always around if you needed them. And the food was fabulous lots of variety, fresh, good quality!! The staff were all very helpful especially entertaining our children. And Jettu in the restaurant was AMAZING!!

Breakfast was great, many options! Kids club is also very convenient. Of course main benefit is to stay closer to parks and be able to visit those.

Excellent hotel. Facilities are top class. Breakfast was divine, pool is lovely and great bars nearby (McCafferty’s). The fact that the theme park ticket is included is such a good deal.

The hotel was great, room was ready early. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and gorgeous smell throughout the hotel and the pool was lovely. Fun bar on site for Saturday night and even better for Sunday roast on the way home.

The hotel charged my credit card twice. Although the amount was refunded, no one from the front desk team informed me or let me know what went wrong. Another incident happened while I was away for work and my daughter ordered room service and the the person who delivered her food insisted that she pay immediately although the front desk didn't ask me to keep a deposit against our stay during the check-in time.

The hotel is in a great location,10 minutes away from all the main attractions. Very clean and the staff are very good. They also offer a free shuttle ride to take guests to and back from the main attractions and parks.

We booked 8 months in advanced and booked a room with pool view which said it had out door furniture but it only had a fixed window.

We were disappointed by the service at the Kids' Club. Except for one young lady, the staff did not engage in any activities with the kids, they were merely there to take our registration details and then asked us to stay there with our children because one of them was 'only' 2 years old (he's perfectly independent if someone pays attention to him). The staff were mostly standing around or pretending to be busy with organising toys that were already neatly organised...Young kids had to play on their own while older kids just sat around being properly bored, waiting for their parents to pick them up. Nicely equipped and clean but the service was not great at all.

We loved the attentiveness of all the restaurant and pool staff, they made us feel welcome and were always there to offer assistance or just a nice conversation. They were especially kind to our children. The breakfast selection was very satisfying, including lactose and gluten-free free options. The quality of meals and drinks at the pool bar was outstanding. We had a fabulous stay and if we come back to Abu Dhabi, we'll definitely stay at Hilton Yas Island again!
