I'm having room hygiene issues, especially because so many aunts were in the room. After cleaning the room twice, the crew was able to clear it. Even the birthday cake supplied by management on my wife's birthday was devoured by the aunts rather than us.

Pool was overcrowded and closed at 6.30PM and opens at around 8.30AM which was disappointed. If the pool was open till 8PM, my child could enjoy a little bit. However, respect the authority rules, but this needs to be informed to the authority as well. It's a concern my customers.

Comfy room, and the view from balcony to the endless sea view was superb. However, new hotel construction is going to start, may be this view won't last more.

Simple furniture, clean and has many entertainment and restaurants. Also i liked the food and beverage truck on the beach.

The beach is decent but you will not enyoy the rough sand. It is recommended not to bearfooted. The water dosent smell that nice too plus too many algae.

The hotel itself smells good and clean. Food inclusive in breakfast and dinner are good too.

F&B needs big improvement, we’ve eaten in Claw ( the food tasted overcooked and burgers were low quality ), breakfast was quite upsetting as well - everything tasted plane, small variety, full of rude people ( not obviously hotels fault ), we had to leave without even finishing food. It was impossible to get any coffee.

Quite poor overall experience. I wouldn’t come back, even though my experience 2 years ago was nicer. The only positive is staff, everyone was friendly and attentive, rooms as well nice and clean.

Temperature control of our room was poor, could have been we were on the top floor and it couldn’t keep up with cooling.

Food was very good. Security was very good, trip planning for events outside of the hotel were great.

The infinity pool looks attractive but unfortunately it is small and feels cramped when you are in the pool. There is not much space around the pool - lots of sun beds packed in to a small space. Not at all relaxing sitting so packed in. For this reason I would not return unless..... I really hope the building works going on is a 2nd larger pool with more space around it to relax. This would make the hotel perfect.

The staff are hospitable, efficient and customer service is their number one priority. The hotel is brand new and extremely clean. The bedroom is modern, the bed is comfy and in the bathroom is a wonderful rain shower. The breakfast has lots of choice.

2 nights in a row there was really loud music until late at night. The first night (night before the RAK 113 triathlon) I didn't get any sleep and that was quite upsetting for me on a night I needed good rest. I complained to the staff the next day and they apologised

No value for money, all inclusive is not actually all inclusive, room service took its own time to respond , compromised on a lot of areas, beach is not a clean one , pool water was too chlorinated and was not temperature controlled , sad! Food wasn’t tht great
