Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesOne of the pillows smells like someone with body odor used that pillow. I placed that pillow on the side and did not use it. Also upon entering the room it does not smell fresh, it smells like a human sweat had been locked on the room. Had to spray cologne to remove the unwanted smell.
I was able to sleep peacefully.

Great location +++ 2 minute walk to Dubai creek. Much quieter than downtime, Lots of great dining options and plenty of cultural activities in the area. Compact but very comfortable rooms. Comfy bed, pillows a little limp but manageable. Good breakfast options. Lovely 24/7 reception staff.

Our 5 days experience in Hampton Al Seef is very comfortable. Room is excellent with different team design its more on retro with modern version. Washroom is excellent, water supply is strong. Just for a little improvement need to have more bigger and bulky pillow. We requested for 2 more because its to soft and to make us more comfortable. Food during breakfast is good, need more variety. Location is superb and accessible to taxi and bus. Near to malls and can have an early jogging outside al seef.
