The curtains in the room with balkoney needs cleaning.

The staff is just great, really friendly. The breakfast was amazing, big variety of delicious food (for indians and europeans as well). The swimming pool in Golden Sands 3 was nice and clean. The washing mashine is a necessity in such a hot country, it was clean as well. The location is quite good. You still need to walk 10-15 min to metro / bus stops (to the beach) / shops/ caffees, but some shops / cafees nearby offer quite cheap prices. Would recommend Shakey's Pizza Parlor and Sketchers (separate shop on the way to the Burjuman, not in a mall).

The pool is so small. And the buffet was also not that good. One of the toilet seats was old

I liked the location and spacious apartment, it was perfect for a family of 5.I will definitely recommend it to another person later

The area is not near a Metro stop, but there are plenty of Taxis outside the hotel 24/7. The toilets could do with an update.

The Golden Sands is located in an area very popular with Indian guests, and the food reflected this. The rooms were adequate and the restaurant served a good value dinner, although breakfast wasn't of the highest quality, our children struggled to find something they liked.

The lack of power sockets inside the room is unbelievable. We were 2 people charging 2 phones and could only find one socket at a time. If u r family with kids, and tablets, it will be a bad fight.

The size of the room and the fast response to the room service queries. The parking was access controlled and covered.

Only thing I would mention is that the walls are thin and you can hear a lot from outside in the corridors. This was an issue with other guests allowing their children to run around during the early morning which made sleeping past 7:30-8am every morning an issue. I’m sure this doesn’t happen all the time otherwise we have nothing to fault during our stay.

Fantastic staff with very clean facilities. A good location only 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride from the metro. Natahlie from reception was wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful.

OUr stay was for 9 nights, we were coming from a different country, at the bare minimum, some welcome refreshments should have been placed (fruits, bread and cheese) bare minimum. Kitchen stove takes almost 15 minutes to get heated up, From the main center, it is almost 1.2 km, at least a shuttle could have been provided. Rest, it was excellent value for what we paid.

House keeping staff are really good, special thanks and appreciation for Ms. Devi. Front office only care for rating, on the last day, they wrote their names on a card, and asked me to provide rating. This was not a good practice. In fact, they never were genuine.

The apartment is close to the mall and a supermarket. It has most facilities that one would expect to have on holiday. Its also close to the airport which is a plus
