Everything was perfect. The Stuff is very professional and at the same time friendly. Check in and check out procedures were really fast. Special thanks to Lucy from the restaurant who made our breakfast really special and unforgettable.

The pool is small, I don't like swimming in those.

Initially we had a bad experience with reception specialist. Because, we faced dismissive attitude. But, management and supervisor apologized for that situation and made amends for their mistake. Housekeeping is exceptional. Every housekeeper was very polite, attentive and kind. Therefore, rooms are clean. Location is spectacular, especially for business trips, because there is no beach.

Unpeakable thoughts. From Lara at the reception desk to the peak of mountain Mr.Lazar. Wonderful people, wonderful feelings, heavenly space. We will come back frequently. Butcher&Still is a state of US art at the UAE grounds. Thanks to all especially Mr.Milan.

Once I arrived to check in, I was placed in a different room from what I had previously booked, but reception was amazing on how to handle the situation and quickly changed me into a new room, which I was very pleased and impressed.

As one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, I wasn't expecting nothing but top tier service and exquisiteness from the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi and that is exactly what they offer. From the welcoming at reception to massive spacious rooms with impeccable amenities , to having a mall literally a lift away from your hotel room, I was extremely happy I chose the Four Seasons out of all the options. Worth it every cent and I will definitely stay it again.

I was quite surprise to not find more amenities in the room as we would expect it for such a luxury brand. Only cotton pads, cotton swabs and soaps.

The spa area, the breakfast, the design of the hotel and the chocolate offered by the rooms director. Sweet attention. Also, The mattress was very confortable.

Carpets and curtains in the rooms and in the corridors are a bit old and not easy to clean. Some furniture in the room needs some fixing. No European adaptors to charge iPhones, iPads, etc. (they give me a cable but it was very slow. You can easily find one in the Apple Store at the Galleria). I loved it - these are only minor complaints!

Swimming pool with great view, comfy sun beds, free Sun Bum sunscreen and fresh water. Great gym, very nice kids club open from 10am until 7pm. Super comfortable beds (as usual!), big bathroom, lots of towels. Good in-dining service. Very convenient position (access to Galleria Mall by escalator). Local taxis are readily available and cheap. Reception staff is very kind and does everything to make you feel at home. Can’t wait to come back!
